MY INTERPRETATION of Daeron the Good's sons' marriages is, Baelor and Aerys were betrothed first and with careful thought as Heir and Spare, while Maekar fell in love with one of the Dornish people that 'flocked' to the Red Keep thanks to Daeron's marriage to Myriah Martell. I think Rhaegel married last and it was a challenge to find a woman who they could trust with their weakest and most delicate son
