Alys Stackspear (c. 230-244 AC): A noblewoman of the Westerlands. She was the first wife of Jason Lannister, younger brother of Lord Tytos Lannister, who became the father of Joanna Lannister. Fancast: Lena Headey.

Alys Stark (b. approx. 134 AC): The second daughter of Cregan Stark, Lord of Winterfell, and his second wife Alysanne Blackwood. Fancast: Alison Brie.

Alys Turnberry (b. 67 AC): Lady companion to Princess Saera Targaryen, who was the daughter of King Jaehaerys I and Good Queen Alysanne. She was involved in the sex scandal which estranged Saera from her family and gave birth to a bastard daughter before being married off. Fancast: Jessie Cave.

Alysane Mormont (b. approx. 275 AC): The second daughter of Lady Maege Mormont of Bear Island. Currently guarding Asha Greyjoy at the winter camp of Stannis Baratheon. Fancast: Rumer Willis.

Alysanne Blackwood (b. 113 AC): Lady of House Blackwood, the aunt of Lord Benjicot Blackwood. She fought alongside him during the Dance of the Dragons. She became the second wife of Lord Cregan Stark of Winterfell and bore him four daughters. Fancast: Blanca Padilla.

Alysanne Bracken (main series era): Fifth and youngest daughter of Lord Jonos Bracken of Stone Hedge. Fancast: Tatiana Papamoschou.

Alysanne Bulwer (b. 291 AC): Lady of Blackcrown and Head of House Bulwer. She is a distant cousin of Queen Margaery through her mother, Victaria Tyrell, and accompanies Margaery to King's Landing in her retinue. Fancast: Georgie Henley.

Alysanne Farman (d. approx. 210 AC): First wife of Gerold Lannister, who later became Lord of Casterly Rock after the suspicious deaths of his older brother and baby niece. Fancast: Lily James.

Alysanne Hightower (main series era): Fifth daughter of Lord Leyton Hightower and wife of Lord Ambrose. Fancast: Scarlett Sperduto.

Alysanne Lefford (main series era): Becomes the Lady of the Golden Tooth after the death of Lord Leo Lefford. Fancast: Anna Maxwell Martin.

Alysanne Osgrey (c. 190-210 AC): Daughter of Ser Eustace Osgrey, who supported Daemon Blackfyre during the First Blackfyre Rebellion. She was taken as a hostage to King's Landing after the failed rebellion and became a silent sister before dying in the Great Spring Sickness. Fancast: Nikki Hahn.

THE LANNISTERS: ALYS STACKSPEAR

Lady Alys Stackspear was a member of House Stackspear, and the first wife of Jason Lannister. She was the mother of Damon Lannister.

According to a semi-canon source, the fifteen-year-old Jason Lannister deflowered the maiden Alys in 244 AC, getting her pregnant. Jason and Alys were married because of this, but Alys would eventually die giving birth to the child, named Damon.

The first Ser Artys Arryn's wife, who was a woman of the children of the forest, died giving birth to a son.

Lord Edmyn Tully's wife died in childbed in 9 AC.

Queen Jeyne Westerling, married to King Maegor I Targaryen, 2nd pregnancy, died in 48 AC, went into premature labor 3 months before due.

Queen Alyssa Velaryon, married to Lord Rogar Baratheon, died at age 46, 8th pregnancy something tore internally about a month before the due date.

Princess Daella Targaryen, marries to Lord Rodrik Arryn at age 16, died in 82 AC at age 18, 1st pregnancy, 2 weeks early with long and troubles labor and then childbed fever set in.

Princess Alyssa Targaryen, married to Prince Baelon Targaryen, 3rd pregnancy, long and difficult labor, died within the year at age 24.

Queen Aemma Arryn, married to King Viserys I Targaryen at age 11 (marriage consummate at age 13), 3rd full term pregnancy (# of miscarriages unknown), died in 105 AC at age 23.

Lady Laena Velaryon, married to Prince Daemon Targaryen at age 22, 2nd pregnancy, a grueling labor that last a day and a night, died in 120 AC from childbed fever 3 days later in at age 27 years old.

Lady Arra Norrey, married to Lord Cregan Stark, 1st pregnancy, died in 128 while giving birth, probably around 20 years old since she was friends with Cregan since childhood.

Lady Peake, eldest daughter of Lord Unwin Peake & his 2nd wife, married, 1st pregnancy, died at age 12.

Lady Floris Baratheon, married to Lord Thaddeus Rowan, betrothed at age 14 (while Thaddeus was around 46 years old) in 132 AC, she was his 3rd wife (he already had 7 sons by his previous wives), probably 1st pregnancy, died around 134 AC/135 AC at age 16.

Queen Naerys Targaryen, marries to King Aegon IV Targaryen, 4 pregnancies, only 2 living children, perished in childbed.

Lady Serenei of Lys, mistress of King Aegon IV Targaryen, died giving birth to her daughter Shiera.

Lady Jeyne Royce, married to Lord Jon Arryn, 1st pregnancy, daughter was stillborn, died in childbed.

Lady Lyanne Glover, married to Lord Willam Stark, 1st pregnancy, died giving birth.

Lady Alys Stackspear, married to Ser Jason Lannister, 1st pregnancy, died in 244 or 245 AC.

Lady Marsella Waynwood, married to Ser Stevron Frey as his 3rd wife, 1st pregnancy, died in childbed.

Lady Jeyne Marbrand, married to Lord Tytos Lannister, 5th pregnancy, died in 255 after a moon's turn from the birth.

Lady Alys Arryn, married to Ser Elys Waynwood, 9th pregnancy, died from exhaustion. (At least according to Littlefinger)

Lady Piper, Lord Quellon Greyjoy's 3rd wife, died birthing a stillborn girl.

Lady Maegelle Frey, married to Ser Dafyn Vance, had 3 children, died in childbed.

Lady Tyana Wylde, marries to Ser Aenys Frey, brought 2 pregnancies to term, died in childbed.

Lady Minisa Whent, married to Lord Hoster Tully, 6th child, died in childbed and the baby with her.

Lady Joanna Lannister, married to Lord Tywin Lannister, 2nd pregnancy, died in 273 AC.

Victarion's 1st wife, 1st pregnancy, had stillborn daughter, died in childbed.

Lady Waynwood, married to Ser Hardyng, 1st pregnancy, perished after childbirth.

Lady Lyanna Stark, 1st pregnancy, died of childbed fever in 283 AC.

Queen Rhaella Targaryen, married to Aerys II Targaryen, 11th pregnancy, died in 284 AC.

Lady Glover, married to Ser Jorah Mormont, miscarried 3 times within 10 years, she died not long after the final one.

The Waif's mother, died birthing her.

Dalla, married to King-Beyond-the-Wall Mance Rayder, 1st pregnancy, died in 300 AC.
