I am so proud to have this illustration as part of my portfolio. Not only because I was entrusted with such a key gig (although that did blow my mind at the time), but also because FFIX was such a big part of my childhood -- I can't believe I got to paint for it in an official capacity. The final battle begins!

Finally finished all the main characters and antagonist. What a journey to make and create these lovely sprites. 🥰💖 It was really difficult to make the background for the final battle with Kuja.
