Shopping was always an...interesting task to do. Especially when you did it on the infinite planets a single universe held. Hakuno once thought humans had an awful lot of things you could find and buy in stores, but what you found on Earth wasn't even a smudge within the shmorgishborg of a whole universe, it had almost been overwhelming during early shopping trips to planets she had no idea even existed.
Shopping was both an interesting but tiresome task, however. Her companion was the worst shopping buddy imaginable. It was like a race to keep up with him and not lag too much behind before he noticed. For all the money he had and things he bought he sure never maybe paid someone else to hold all his bags. It was like one of those movies where the rich evil lady brought along her step kid and had them act as a human mule. It didn't help some of Gil's outfits even fit that image. The only good thing that came about from having to act as his personal butler was the fact she'd gained a much straighter posture, not slumping like she might've been back in the Moon Cell( it hadn't made her any taller, unfortunately ).
Thankfully Hakuno had gotten better at dealing with this makeshift race, so long as she didn't get distracted she had no issues. Sure she'd still rather not have to hold a bunch of bags or boxes she thought held just a bunch of useless material possessions but, that was mostly just a matter of differing opinion, and you know, upbringing. But she was starting to falter today, a particular store she kept seeing out of the corner of her eye drawing out that impulse to just wander to it without a word. But she was supposed to be done with that disappearing act of her's.
Exiting another store Hakuno paused for a bit, if she didn't do this now she either would have to wait till her next chance or get separated from Gilgamesh and run the risk of getting lectured about it. “Hey, Gil,” Stepping in front of the man she'd all but shove the bags she'd been holding into his hands, there weren't that many yet so he could manage. “I'm gonna go check out that store, okay?” Not waiting for any confirmation, she'd run off to the place she'd pointed at as the one she wanted to go to now.
And what was it? Whatever the space equivalent of a build a bear would be. Really. Her childish streak was showing.
