Happy Ever After

"Don't panic" Phil looked at me. I had just received a letter from the university I desperately wanted to attend come September. This was it. This was the letter that was going to set my future. I started to heave breath and was almost hyperventilating. Phil put both his hands on my shoulders and told me to breathe "You're gonna be fine, this is going to be fine just breath sweetheart" He smiled. I moved over to the sofa and he sat next to me "This is it" I signed "Okay. Here goes nothing!" I opened the letter and slowly read. Then suddenly flinging it in Phils face "I can't do it! Can you read it for me please!" "Sure" He took it from my hands and read it quickly and looked at me with sad eyes "I didn't get in did I. Oh man!" I was beginning to tear up "You're going to be spending a lot of time away from me. YOU GOT IN!" He jumped up and opened his arms and i ran into them! "Seriously! Oh my god! Im going to my dream university! PHIL! AHH!!!" I cuddled him so hard I think I hurt myself and him. "Lets go and celebrate! Lets go to dinner at your favourite places!" There was a really nice chinese down the road from us in china town, shock horror, and we hadn't been for a very long time. We call all our friends and told them we were going there tonight and they were more than welcome to come for a drink to celebrate! During dinner all the friends we called came to congratulate me into getting into uni. And I couldn't be happier. With my wonderful,adoring boyfriend Phil at my side everything else is just a bonus! "Thank you so much love" I cuddled up to him "For what?" He seemed curious "Everything. Just being you" I smiled at him. How could I ever be happier than this very moment. "I'd like to say a few words" Phil clinked his spoon against his champagne flute "I just want to say that I could not be prouder of my girlfriend, she has been an A+ student and she had finally gotten into her university of choice. Here we are celebrating her and I am just in awe of her. I love you" I mouthed I love you too and he smiled. He was all i'd ever wanted. And now he was going to be by my side through this. Happy ever after
