BUT... I found more stuff potentially related to conformitygate... and slither.io???
Why do I think they're connected?
Well, Hawkinshappenin on twitter has been acting really suspicious, dropping cryptic hints etc. We can't be certain they're actually a plant or part of whatever Netflix is planning, but they have their own ARG with a youtube broadcast livestream running so... they're clearly doing something and I wanna know more.
And then, they posted this: "Hi @slitherio" and later a post showing that slither.io had liked their post. Which... means they're connected to the official (the slither.io website leads to it) slither.io account.
The weird slither.io account
Hate on Netflix
They're seemingly in a lawsuit / fight against Netflix because they have a slither.io clone on the Netflix app. And they are posting some really really... unprofessional posts tbh. Just scroll through their account yourself: https://x.com/slitherio
Particularly, two interesting posts I wanna spotlight. Both of those were posted on the 28. of December 2025 which is the same date as the middle cryptic code they posted (explained below).
Both clearly reference Stranger Things.
Cryptic codes
All of these kind of match the timeframe of Season 5.
Number 1, the earliest:
Why they @ Apple in this... I have no fucking idea.
Number 2:
This one has two of these long strings instead of just one. This was posted on the 28th of December 2025, same as the two Stranger Things related posts.
Number 3:
This is the most recent, only two days ago (the 16th of February). Recently Hawkinshappenin has been quite active so... there's a connection there.
Decoding the cryptic posts
Now... this is the part that is currently giving me a headache. The individual strings of characters definitely make me think they're hexadecimal numbers.
I tried to convert them to ASCII... but that just gives me a lot of gibberish.
Hashing
Someone also suggested that this is the result of a hashing algorithm. In this case, it would have to be one that results in 512 bit because the individual strings of characters (after being converted to binary) are all 512 (please double check this info I might've messed up).
That leaves us with a couple of options like (this is not an exhaustive list!) SHA-512 or Whirlpool but... reversing a hash is like chasing a ghost. You can't take the finished hash and reverse it back and just putting in random words until one maybe produces the output we are looking for seems like a lost cause.
So... no idea what to do here.
Your ideas?????
If you have any other ideas for decoding this, please contribute! There might be something I have missed and right now... well, I have a feeling I won't figure this out just by staring on the screen.
Thank you for reading! This is- this is fucking insane what am I doing-
What's your favorite creature from any video game world?
Feed your dashboard by answering my question, blogger.
Hmph...clearly you, @mysterious-cat-official, have done minimal research on The Worm. Did you even LOOK at my "PFP" (what many users call a Profile Picture)?? OBVIOUSLY my favorite creature from a video game is the Humble Slither from Slither.io. Even the creepy Slither, Slither666...heh. Not that any of you normies would know who that is...
