They have no problem admitting they're in a relationship with the other. Jason will throw down if anyone - family, friends, or otherwise - has anything negative to say about it. Kon doesn't take shit for it either, and had on more than one occasion, during the early stages of his relationship with Jason, gotten into a yelling match with Cassie over it. He's not the type to get physical over it, unless it's to restrain an upset Jason.
Neither of them are too big on PDA, they'll hold hands in public, Jason is occasionally a little shit and will walk with one hand in Conner's back pocket, just to watch him blush. But they're both not into huge public displays. Because both never really had much experience with platonic intimacy growing up, let alone romantic, they just aren't comfortable with being that extroverted with their affection.
Though their first New Year's as a couple Kon had no hesitation in kissing Jason under the Ball in Times Square, in front of all the other Titans and the Outlaws.
