Already there, along with some klonopin
Things I can’t keep track of: Jenny Things I know nothing about: Jenny Things I want to be like: Jenny
she was asleep. breathing like the sound of waves coming home to sheets. the notification light blinking on her phone, a light house for lost ships. but she was home. calling throughout the night, ignored to be at sea. this is the shortest the red string has been between us, bruised ankles on sea legs.
I have been following some of you for over two years. (I was trying to find a poem of mine and stumbled on some silly thing from 2012 showing whose blog I had liked the most posts from.) Some spur of the moment decision, prolonged indefinitely, mostly through inertia. And, in most cases, ultimately meaningless, even in the face of such longevity and weirdly long term knowledge of people you'll never meet. The whole thing is really very strange when you think about it. What a crazy world we live in. (It's probably no coincidence that each one of the people I've happened to have followed on here long term is an intensely interesting person I would be lucky to know in reality.)

During late nights, me and my darling friend sit quietly on my bed and read poetry to each other. Our reading intervals switches off from poem to poem. So when I read her a poem, she gets ready for the next one she'll read to me. On my turn, I said the word "glass" right as she read the word "glass", and I couldn't help but conspire some sort of self-made hidden meaning attached to it. I read mine first, then she read hers. It goes:
"I'm better than this, than her. So i'm disappointed in you. My love for you burns like anger that makes my lungs crack like glass. But then I started to understand that I just want to leave you. The love is too rapidly overrun by disbelief and disappointment. I want to leave."
-
"...and I want to tell you something,
come close I want to whisper it, to pour the words burning into you, the same words for each one of you, listen, it's simple, I'm saying it now, while i'm still sober, while i'm not about to weep bitterly into my own glass, while you're still here- don't go yet, stay, stay, give me your shoulder to lean against, study me, don't let me drop, I'm so in love with you I can't stand up."
the first one is from ambiguous-transparency, but I don't know whose poem the second one belongs to.. so if you know, let me know. ^o^
Life isn't always about coincidences, right?
Hey Kalina saw this on your tumblr and since you didn't tag anyone...
Rule 1: Always post the rules
Rule 2: Answer the questions of the person who tagged you and write eleven new ones
Rule 3: Tag eleven people and link them
Rule 4: Let them know you’ve tagged them
Top two colors (apologies in advance for such a cliché question)?
I don't know, I guess I like red, but I also like pink and yellow together.
Favorite book?
I don't discriminate!
Celebrity crush(es) of the same gender?
Um... I don't really even know any celebrities. Sorry.
Any career aspirations as of now?
I'm really into Engineering and Physics, but being a Traceur would be amazing. Just saying.
Rural life vs. urban life? (cities, man)
Cities are awesome, but not the air, but then again neither is the air near a dairy farm. I love both, but I think I would live in a city, because then I would be close to everything.
Planning on having kids? (Sorry these are actually pretty personal)
Well, now would be a terrible time to have kids- I am only sixteen! I think when I'm like forty I will have kids.
Lip balm vs. lip gloss? (what am I doing)
Lip balm
Have you ever heard of pluots? (also called dragon eggs)
I think you know the answer to this one.
Have you ever been in love? (nope)
no
Fill in the blank: __________ is my life.
running, physics, and as of late Parkour (oh snap)
Would you rather… change genders every time you sneezed, OR be sexually attracted to fruit? (I did not come up with this, I blame camp.)
I think the first option as long as I also changed clothes (...or I could just be a cross dresser...). I've always wondered how I'd look as a guy.
Okay lets see, eleven questions.
1. What is your most embarrassing moment? (details please)
2. What is your favorite fruit? (I actually met a girl this summer who doesn't like fruit :O)
3. what are you most passionate about?
4. What is your favorite Disney Princess?
5. Have you had your first kiss/ had a boyfriend?
6. Do you speak any languages other than English? If so what are they?
7. What is your favorite season? (As in fall or spring)
8. What do you do when someone pisses you off?
9. Have you ever traveled outside of the U.S./ where?
10. Have you ever been drunk/ high? (sorry running out of ideas)
11. Which house in Hogwarts? (Gryffindor all the way!)
Sorry I don't actually know everyone I tagged, so you don't have to respond if you're weirded out.
