New micro brewery just had their first Soft opening today I'm Bixby Knolls neighborhood of Long Beach.
Welcome Ambitious Ales!
Pure Project + Ambitious Ales Cloud Pleaser Hazy IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Nice complex tropical fruit in the nose with some stone fruit and lime and some interesting other notes, too. The body is quite soft on the palate though not incredibly thick, just a touch juicy, and this finishes with some lingering tropical fruit on the palate.
