Amelia couldn’t help but smile brightly when her professor spoke, a light blush painting her cheeks as she bowed her head. “In all honesty? I don’t think I have either.” She smiled softly as she looked back to him from across the table. After staying back to grade some papers, the pair had stayed later than expected & when Bryan suggested grabbing something to eat off campus before heading their separate ways, Amelia was more than happy to accept the offer. The pair had been spending more & more time together, Amelia staying after classes to help grade work & while it had started out for the money to help with bills & tuition, Amelia had started to stay later & later because she enjoyed her time with Bryan - of course, she would never tell him that but after spending late night after late night with him, she couldn’t help but see him as more than her professor. There was a chemistry, a forbidden line that they couldn’t cross but that’s all she could think about when they were alone. “Thank you for this. For everything, by the way. I really appreciate it.” Amelia thanked him with a gentle smile as she lifted her glass to take a sip.
