The 1st peach Cobbler of the year. I was taught this recipe by my paternal great grandmother Mommie Elsie my 13th summer. It was the 1st time I remember cooking seriously with her. It was also the first recipe she taught me intentionally. Fast forward to my first potluck as a front desk agent at age 26. I made the cobbler and it was very very well received. So much I taught my friends Carol, Candice, and Rob how to make it before I married and moved away.
