Ingrid Pitt - The House That Dripped Blood (1971)
Hus Higlight: Peter Cushing
(U.K. Actor; 1913-1994)
Peter Cushing is known for:
Close Friendship with Christopher Lee
Veteran of ‘Amicus’ & ‘Hammer’ Horror Films
Moff Tarkin in the original ‘Star Wars’ Trilogy
🧪🧪🧪
You may recognize Christopher Lee as…
Count Dooku (Star Wars: Prequels)
Saruman (Lord of the Rings)
I find Dr Terror's House of Horrors funny because at the end of each little segment the guy who's just had his awful fate revealed goes "oh god, Dr Terror, how can I escape this terrible fate?" and Peter Cushing with an accent pretends to hide the 'Death' tarot card in his hand in a really obvious way, but the way of escaping 80% of the terrible fates are through basic measures such as:
don't return to the site of your ancestral curse
don't do cultural appropriation
don't be an arsehole
don't deliberately hit someone with your car
don't marry a woman you barely know
and the fact that none of these men realise this and feel they need to ask a tarot reader how to avoid dying really says something about the percentage of fools in that train carriage.
I'm pretty sure that they were all dead from the very start of the train journey and Peter Cushing as Death was just messing with them because he'd been having a bit of a slow day.

For October 27th, a montage I made for We Belong Dead magazine. This is not just a tribute to Amicus Productions but also a tribute to the artwork of Jann Haworth, and Peter Blake (et al).
Fuck love I want what Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee had
