It's actually pretty cute. I was VERY apprehensive about it, but she's not as juvenile as you'd think and because of the male lead's he's much softer and quiet so it balances.

I thought about that too, but tbh my bigger concern was the fact that her love interest is mentally almost double her age?? imagining a 17 year old being paired up someone who’s 30 is pretty weird, but maybe I was overthinking it. Will definitely watch it... in a week or two. i need to sort out some shit in my life first

seeing as sofia’s never been skinny dipping before (at least not in the truest sense of the term) and amy’s thus far been the one that’s sort of dragging sofia into all sorts of new terrian and antics on the island, this one is a little bit of a future headcanon, but still valid nonetheless, okay. just imagining her dragging sofia out to do it (as if sofia wouldn’t go willingly) and they’re a little drunk and just having fun and running into the water when all of a sudden someone (a guard, another royal, who knows???) happens to come upon the scene and it’s just a hilarious mess from there on out.

when it comes to people that adrian needs to watch brendon, amy’s absolutely one of the first people that he’ll ask. for one, he really thinks her personality is a great one for his son to be around, but secondly, he also feels a tremendous amount of guilt that he’s lucky enough to have his child with him, while some were not. as a result, he really wants her to be able to spend as much time with a child as she can. he knows brendon will never replace her own kid, but she’s absolutely one of the few he trusts him with fully.
