I think A Monster in Paris is so funny.

NOT because it is a phantom of the opera/beauty and the beast fanfic. And not because a flea gets giant has a beautiful singing voice.

Not because she'd rather fuck said flea than her childhood friend.

Not because there is a grown ass man whose best friend is some sort of Monkey/Ape that seems to barely tolerate him (I haven't watched this movie in a couple years, don't fact check me)

No, this movie is so fucking funny because the biggest and most popular song, the song that our girl is famous for and everyone loves, is about wanting to make out sloppy with the river that's destroyed the whole city.

For those who don't know the Seine, from La Seine and I, is the river that runs through Paris.

"Isn't she divine? I'm hypnotised. Is it the wine? La Seine and I." (Paraphrased heavily for the most relevant bits and because reading La Seine over and over is too groovy)

Yep, that seems appropriate and not tone deaf as fuck to sing at this club, let's do it once a night till the whole city is below water level.
