Leah Milton : Born and raised in Nox, her father was the priest of the private chapel at the Baron's castle, while her mother was a lady of the bedchamber to the Baroness. As her parents' marriage had needed special permission from the Baron and Baroness, they were invited to stand as her godparents, which they agreed.

Referred to as "the Honorable Lady" , Leah has one little sister, Rachel, and one best friend, Amir, whose mother was asked to take the place of the Baron and Baroness's personal confessor. Leah also has another close friend, Madeline Wells, whom she met during a friendly diplomatic visit from the Baron of Hemera.

Unfortunately, one day Nox was attacked by a small group of enemies from Alterius, and despite being a squire, Amir sent Rachel from the training zone to find and stay with her sister. The two girls tried to hide, but two people wearing capes of bear skin caught up to them and took Rachel away as she was the smallest.

After that, Amir and his mom returned to NewSkies city further east, and Leah's parents were offered by the Baroness to move to her now adjoined domain of Hemera, and Leah became borderline obsessed with finding her baby sister and bringing her back home safely

She tried to climb the mountainous and dangerous Sevens' Moors all alone, as she knew Alterius was beyond the mountains but no one had wanted to come with her. There she met a boy also looking for someone beyond the mountains : Joshua Atkin. They became friends and started planning how to actually get through the mountains and reach Alterius, specifically St. Michael's Palace

this is AWESOME!!! :D absolutely love the idea of this noble woman braving the dangerous wilderness in order to find her sister even if she's not used to being in such an environment. such a cool mental image <3

also love that she finds joshua out in the woods! there could b a fun dynamic in there where leah has to put up with joshua's blunt n often rude demeanor bc he's more knowledgeable about how to survive in the mountains, n so putting up with him would b her best bet (even if he's annoying af lol)
