શહેરની વિવિધ આવાસોની મુલાકાત કરતા મ્યુનિ. કમિશનરશ્રી અમિત અરોરા રાજકોટ મહાનગરપાલિકા હસ્તકના આવાસોમાં ગેરકાયદેસર કબજો ધરાવતા આસામીઓ સામે કાયદેસરના પગલાં લેવા મ્યુનિ. કમિશનરશ્રી અમિત અરોરાની સુચના સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા લોકોને ઘરનું ઘર મળી તેવા આશયથી રાજકોટ મહાનગરપાલિકા દ્વારા આવાસ યોજના બનાવી લાભાર્થીઓને આવાસ ફાળવવામાં આવે છે. આજ રોજ મ્યુનિ. કમિશનરશ્રી અમિત અરોરા સાહેબ એ રાજકોટ મહાનગરપાલિકા હસ્તકની વિવિધ આવાસ યોજનાઓની મુલાકાત કરી હતી. મુલાકાત દરમ્યાન આવાસ યોજનાઓમાં ખાલી રહેલા રાજકોટ મહાનગરપાલિકા હસ્તકના આવાસોમાં ગેરકાયદેસર કબજો ધરાવતા આસામીઓ સામે કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી કરવા મ્યુનિ. કમિશનરશ્રીએ સુચના આપી હતી. મ્યુનિ. કમિશનરશ્રીએ વૃંદાવન સોસાયટી પાછળ, કાલાવડ રોડ પર આવેલ વામ્બે આવાસ યોજના, નટરાજનગર સાધુવાસવાણી રોડ પર આવેલ રાજીવ આવાસ યોજના, મારુતી સર્વિસ સ્ટેશન પાછળ મોરબી રોડ પર આવેલ ક્રાંતિવીર ચંદ્રશેખર આઝાદ ટાઉનશીપ અને જકાતનાકા પાછળ કુવાડવા રોડ પર આવેલ BsVP ૨ આવાસ યોજનાની મુલાકાત કરી હતી. મુલાકાત દરમ્યાન મ્યુનિ. કમિશનરશ્રીએ ખાલી રહેલા આવાસમાં ગેરકાયદેસર કબજો કરેલા આસામીઓ સામે લેન્ડ ગ્રેબિંગ કાયદા હેઠળ કડક કાર્યવાહી કરવા અને RMC હસ્તકની આવાસ યોજનાઓમાં ખાલી રહેલા આવાસોની ચકાસણી ઝુંબેશ હાથ ધરવા સુચના આપી હતી સાથોસાથ સ્વચ્છતા જાળવવા બાબતે પણ સૂચન કર્યા હતા.
