Do you have a favorite item of clothing or outfit? If so how does it make you feel when you wear it?

Hi! Thanks for sending, love that you still do these they're so much fun!
I have a favourite style of outfit, rather than one particular piece, and that's a loose t-shirt, a cotton shirt over the top, cargo shorts, and crocs. It's so dang comfortable, and when I wear a binder I love the way it looks!
What is your current favorite little treat or treats? It/they doesn't have to be food or drink but anything you would think of as a treat for yourself, your body, or your brain.

Hiya =)
So something I like to do is buy little pints of ice cream, like Ben and Jerry's, so if I want a sweet treat I can just take a spoonful or two from my little pint and that's enough to satisfy that urge for dessert. I'm lactose intolerant so having a huge bowl of ice cream is actually really uncomfortable for me, so this is nice cause I get something I find delicious without the uncomfortable side effects.
Hope you're having a wonderful day! Thanks for stopping by.
30. What do your hobbies look like? Gonna add in, how did you get into the hobby/s
30. What do your hobbies look like?
Hmmm well my hobbies I would say are lots of outdoors stuff (sailing, running, swimming, hiking, etc), photography, bird watching, collecting things when I travel like key chains and postcards, and occasionally cooking. Also reading technically, although that's more just a way of life. Karaoke singing too; really just singing in general. And making playlists!
I got into a lot of the things I like to do when I was a kid doing them with my family. We traveled a lot, did a lot of outside things, and both my parents are ornithologists (hence the bird watching). I had a little 6 megapixel point and shoot in middle and high school and I really got into photography from there. I was the kid who always had a camera (this was in the days before smartphones of course) and I'm so glad I have pictures of all my friends from that period in my life.
How easily do you find yourself joining fandoms or ships?
I'm so easy, I just see a really pretty art piece or a lovely little story and I'm boarding the boat.

Heya! Oh I’m very easy, if I watch or read something that grabs me I immediately hop on Tumblr to look for gifs and fic etc. Or if one of my fave A03 authors writes for a pairing I haven’t considered but I know I like their writing I will read the fic anyway, and that’s sometimes enough to get me hooked. That’s literally how I got into Bagginshield 😂
I had a thought the other day about how since Manfred can talk and move and see and hear that he probably actually magically has all the senses. That lead to thinking about how Manfred and Spite are both pretty new to the world and I bet Emmerich and Rook and Lucanis would love to take them on discovery adventures so they can see and taste and feel and hear and smell new things. I bet Davrin would also like to expose Assan and maybe the other griffons to things too. Actually probably the whole team would end up bringing new things or taking them all to their favorite places and bringing their favorite foods.
So what do you think? Where would they go? What would the other companions encourage/help them to explore? What do you think they would end up liking?

THIS IS SO CUTE AAAAAAA.
Okay when I saw this, the first thing that popped into my head was like, a children's museum/exploratorium. I feel like Manfred and Spite would get a serious kick out of it, and Assan would HAVE to be let in, so he'd be able to enjoy it, too!! Obviously, this would work best in a modern AU 😅 Overall, I think that Manfred, Spite, and Assan would enjoy most of the things they experience! Though, they do all have their gripes, haha.
As for what the companions would encourage them to explore, I feel like that would pertain to their specialties! Harding might show the boys all about gardening. Neve and Bellara would probably work together to spark a love of reading and writing, and maybe doing puzzles as well? Taash and Davrin would likewise go for fitness and obstacle courses, maybe. Emmrich would take them out to socialize them, and Lucanis would cook/bake with them.
Thank you so much for the ask, and so sorry that it took nearly a month to get this answered!!
🌸 ⇢ do you have any pets? if you do, post some pictures of them

🌸 - My 6 cats Don't Like Photographs and therefore I Have No Good Ones Of Them. :( They are my lovelies though. Our one kitty-cat just had to go to the vet. She had a fever of 104!! Apparently it's been going around, and she's strictly indoor :( She's doing much much better now and is getting back to socializing, but that was scary for a bit, especially since it was around the anniversary of us saying good bye to our 15 year old family dog. :( Hug your pets for me!
🎨 - oh god this is a tough choice!!! My favorite one right NOW I supposes is kammilu's Hansry art done after the Disney's Robin Hood scene. They've done a few disney scenes, I think? I know they did Thee Nala Scene, but Disney's Robin Hood is one of my all time favorite films, and @kammilu does really really good of capturing the intimate romantic scene of it. :)
🧩 - Formatting mostly :( I'm super dyslexic, and things like lack of spacing/paragraphs are the first thing that will make me jump out of a fic. Personal things are more akin to First Person POV works and things like that. Or if a character who has a distinct dialect says something that I feel like is out of their regional dialect lol. Again those are more minor and sometimes I can overlook them? But I'm also here for a good time and not a long time.
When or how do you like Thorin and Bilbo to get together the best? Is there a certain spot in the story like after Rivendale? Or is there an action that you prefer to kick off the relationship?
*Asks are for fun, no pressure
OOoh excellent question.
I can be sold on most any point in the story inciting their relationship, honestly, because I've seen so many good iterations of it. But I'm a sucker for them getting together only post-journey and not before lol. I think it's because they both have such internal obstacles to overcome that it feels like they're more equals. But if they're going to get together (especially for the Arkenstone Angst), then I love it best if they're together at or by Lake Town. That makes the most sense to me. I've seen iterations where they get together at Bjorn's place? I think in the small quiet and little peace that they have on the journey makes the most character sense as to when either would broach that sort of subject with the other. And I know quiet doesn't get to happen often.
But in that way, I think it is in the quiet and the peace that they connect rather than a large action, personally. :)
Officially my first-ever @dadrunkwriting prompt (and fill)—so thank you! This was really enjoyable to write and to push me into thinking about things I otherwise wouldn’t have.
They sit together in the tavern’s belfry, letting the low hum of noise from below make the silence a comforting thing instead of an awkward one. Cole’s legs hang over the edge of the platform, swinging just a little, like a child growing too quickly to know the limits of his body.
Is it such an inaccurate assessment? Dorian wonders. How long has Cole had a body? Does he even know himself?
“No,” Cole says. “Time is… strange, here.”
“Oh, yes,” Dorian agrees. “I suppose it would seem strange. You know, passing in a linear fashion, all the minutes the same length. How odd.”
“Yes,” Cole agrees. “It is.”
Dorian reminds himself not to try for sarcasm with a spirit—but the problem is that it has been a while since he handled things any other way. Flirting, perhaps, but somehow, that seems like an even worse option.
Cole says, “You said I could ask questions.”
And hasn’t that been going well?
“Yes, I did,” says Dorian, resigned. “What did you have in mind?”
“Why does everyone have so many shields?”
“What do you mean, shields?”
“The way you talk,” Cole says. “It’s a shield. And the things you don’t say are shields, too. And the way you look. The clothes. And where you sit, and—”
“That’s enough examples, thank you,” says Dorian. It’s Cole’s usual kind of question, the ones he seems to think are easy for people to answer. One thing the boy hasn’t learned in his time as a physical being is just how little people understand themselves.
Briefly, he wonders what it would be like to be Cole, or someone like him. Someone as pure of purpose as they are of spirit. Perhaps it’s simply that the grass is always greener elsewhere, but Dorian can’t help thinking that everything would be so much easier if he—if people—knew why they were here. What they were supposed to do.
“I suppose,” he says slowly, “we feel less vulnerable that way. We can’t always fix our weak spots, so we protect them. Whether that’s with words or deeds or armor.”
Cole says, “It’s harder that way.”
“For some people, perhaps,” says Dorian. “For others, it’s easier to… to pretend those weak spots aren’t there.”
“Then it’s even harder,” Cole says. “Hurting and hoping, harming and healing. How can I help them if I can’t get through?”
Dorian thinks he understands. It’s difficult enough to drop his guard around people he trusts—a number that grows smaller every day—let alone someone he doesn’t know or even fully understand. And he’s had closer contact with spirits than most at Skyhold. Attitudes toward them in the south are… well, he can’t say they’re worse, exactly. To be feared and hated here or enslaved in Tevinter—is there any safe, any good place in Thedas for Cole?
He steers himself gently away from the thought before it settles too close to home.
“You can’t always go straight for the cracks in the armor, Cole,” he says. “Sometimes that makes things worse, not better. Sometimes people aren’t ready.”
He pictures other people—the former templar, Bull’s young apprentice, Felix, anyone but himself. Even so, he knows Cole is going to look right through those images, those shields, and see what Dorian is studiously avoiding.
“But they need help,” Cole says. He’s looking at Dorian like he’s expecting answers, explanations, guidance, and Dorian can’t stifle the thought that Cole really ought to be going to just about anyone but him. Still, it’s Dorian who’s here and Dorian who’s staring down the barrel of Cole’s questions and Dorian who was fool enough to let Cole ask him things in the first place.
“Then show them you can be trusted,” says Dorian. “They don’t know you. Most of them have never met a spirit at all. They may not understand what it is you’re trying to do.”
“How?” Cole’s gaze is open, accepting. Dorian isn’t used to being trusted implicitly. He’s not sure he likes the feeling. Something to consider later, perhaps, when his thoughts are more… private.
“You could try smiling at them. See what happens.”
