I joined Amnesty Cardiff yesterday to cover a photocall on the front steps of the Senedd for women Members of the Senedd showing solidarity with Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe who is unjustly imprisoned in Iran. Members of Amnesty Cardiff have used a variety of actions over the last few years to raise awareness, lobby and show solidarity for the campaign to #FreeNazanin.
A huge knitted chain is the result of one of these endeavours and we've been waiting for a post-lockdown opportunity to bring the chain to the Senedd. It was great to see MSs from across the political parties joining the show of solidarity.
