niece finding out her gay uncle has been texting his toxic situationship again

fascinating to me how death works in tkc.

ruby kane is dead. julius spends so long missing her. she is gone to him.

then he dies, merges with osiris, and they're together again. they're happy.

sadie and carter visit them sometimes. however! amos doesn't. his brother is gone.

julius is dead and so is desjardins – but they can't see each other. they're gone to each other.

you guys ever think about how the last conversation julius and amos died was a fight? and before that, they were forbidden from seeing each other for years? julius got to be reunited with ruby in death, but amos stayed alone, one half of a whole, without his brother?

do you ever think about how much he must regret that being the last time they spoke to each other?

amoset are still such a buckwild idea to me because what do you mean a god spent an entire book puppeting you around and called you his little plaything and said you were tougher than he expected. and what do you mean you had to go through extensive therapy afterwards and still CHOSE to return to him in the last book??? what do you mean while you were contemplating seeing him again, he was talking to your niece and nephew he said he's like that improvisational jazz you love so much as if that isn't the gayest thing anyone's ever said ever. what do you mean you became the perfect union of order and chaos and became Balanced as if that isn't the thesis statement of the entire book and by extension, series??????
