👉PLEASE READ: A few days ago, Simba was in a fight at a local dog park. Many people make the assumption that, because he is big and handsome, he is kind. Simba does not get along with other male dogs and is cautions of large females too. Even though I had discussed his situation with the other people at the park and had him segregated, they did not recall their dogs when we were leaving (or asked to) and Simba broke his harness and attacked one of the 15+ dogs smothering him. The next morning he was in a huge fight when the neighbours dog dug into our yard. He now has a broken toe, a pierced joint sac which has air in it, and many puncture holes. Worst of all though, is the psychological damage. Having been mistreated, abused, and in a bad fight before I adopted him, he has now regressed to a worse state than when I first adopted him.
