The melodrama here is absolute poetry. She isn't just suffering from a standard tension headache; she is experiencing a full-blown tragedy right outside the official "Headache Clinic," which, based on the sterile green walls, appears to be located inside a dystopian government testing facility. Thankfully, her winged eyeliner remains entirely flawless despite the crushing cranial agony.
