Update: So I have sims3 back. Turns out I had a bad power cord and it wasn't the battery? At any rate a universal power cord is doing the trick of keeping the laptop on. I took both laptops to be looked at. Recycled one and kept the other. Unfortunately the laptop that works doesn't have the lastest sims I made so I need to redo them all. I've lost my elder sims and their cc and world and I really did get attached to them. All the story sims are no more. But, I still want to do the non-story so I'll redo them and they will look totally different obviously. Right now, I need to cull and reorganize cc first thing. Then set everything back up again. In the meantime, please enjoy this scenery moon shot.
