Hello everyone, I trust that you are all as excited as we are. We are truly lucky to have some great companies, speakers and ideas coming through this summits doors. So since we are so excited, we thought we would get the metaphorical ball rolling a bit early. You know, get our ideas and insights flowing before hand so that we can really blow the fish out of the barrel this year! Over the next few weeks, we plan on engaging with you all over Twitter and LinkedIN with fresh ideas, topics and insights to keep us all inspired. Starting off with one of the most important topics this year; "connecting with your customer". We all know that we are in the age of the SMART customer, but how smart are the companies? We have multiple channels with which to engage with our customers and clients, from surround data environments to physical post. We are finding more and more customers engaging with companies via social media and many other channels every day on a steadily more progressive path to some incredible possibilities. What is the next step to take, (In your opinion) to properly engage, connect and provide a truly next generation customer experience? And we are not talking a Twitter mention or a call back (although they are great ways...), something a step beyond. Today we have incredible analytical capabilities coming out of the woodwork that allow us to pro actively adapt and assist the customer experiences that we create. How are we going to take it another step and then another forward? We are all here for the purpose of creating the ultimate customer experience, how we do it is entirely up to us. Let's think outside the box, innovate and rejuvenate the experiences that we provide!
