But joking aside, I do think Sebek and Silver are the most fitting to battle against Malleus. Besides having an emotional attachment to him, I have no doubt they're the strongest individuals in NRC next to Malleus. I know there are other students who appear to be physically stronger than they are, but raw strength is nothing when pitted against strength PLUS technique.

There are no others who are as formidable in battle than these two.
