i had one doctor tell me a while ago that he didn’t want to tell me to cut out anything from my diet because he didn’t want me developing a bad relationship with food (side note: hugs to all of you who don’t see food as one of the great joys in life) and today I had a different doctor tell me that I might have a histamine allergy and so here is the list of foods I can’t eat for the next month to see if it helps:
