I forgot I never explained the slight difference in Caleb calling you "colonel" in CN vs EN!

As a pretext, his colonel role in Chinese is called "执舰官 zhi jian guan", which translates to "ship commander" (I don't know why—I have near zero knowledge about the military in any language).

So like how it is in his birthday trailer, CN him calls you "小长官 xiao zhang guan" or "little commander/colonel". Adding "little" in front of a nickname makes it sound cuter, and it tends to be used by people who are older than you.

While the EN version makes it sound like you're on equal footing with him, the CN version highlights the fact that Caleb is the older one, the gege, and he's close enough to you to be able to tease you like that.

How do the slashies feel about sharing food? Stuff like double dipping, eating from the same utensil, sharing straws, etc... with eachother and star

This was actually a really fun ask to think about for no good reason 😝 idk it’s just a specific thing.

Sun usually prefers that everyone keep fork and food to themself (looking at you, Moonie). The idea of swapping fluids through food and drink gives him the heebie-jeebies. Eugh. Really though, it depends on how badly he wants what Moon or Star have. But he rarely comes out and just says that he wants a bite 😋.

He’ll hem and haw and sigh, make obvious glances out of the corner of his eye at whatever they’re munching on. Ostentatiously sniffing the air—“oh boy, that sure does smell good. Wish I had ordered that. Mmh!” He waits until Star OFFERS him a portion before tucking in happily with his own fork. “Oh, well, I guess if you don’t mind.”

With Moon, this strategy can go a couple different ways depending on his mood. If Moon doesn’t want to share, he’ll pointedly ignore the big eyes Sun is making at him, maybe chew with his mouth open just to be a dick. If Moon is feeling generous, he’ll give Sun a sip of his drink, and then smirk after and assure Sun he left him extra backwash for flavor.

Moon has fewer boundaries when it comes to eating Sun or Star’s food of course. He sneaks bites and sips at nearly every opportunity. Even if Sun or Star are actively watching their food, he has little shame in swiping, if only just to irritate them. Even defensive measures such as licking every Dorito chip and putting them back in the bag won’t work against him.

There’s few leftovers in the break room fridge that are safe from Moon. Sun has acquired a taste for pineapple on his pizza, not because he especially likes pineapple on pizza, but because it’s one of the few things Moon won’t touch.
