I love the show Community but i understand when people watch it and are like “meh” because so much of Community’s charm and intrigue had to do with all the things going on behind the scenes, the constant fights and hiring/firing of Dan Harmon, the set backs and budget cuts, time slot movements literal fist fights between the crew, all that good stuff and i loved how they would reference those real world things in show, obviously that limits the audience a bit and for those who have no idea about the behind the scenes stuff will miss those jokes, its just community doesnt get as much credit as it should. It was a beautifully crafted show, with a very honest and relatable setting (being down on your luck and just trying to find yourself again) and an amazingly diverse cast, it was also super fricking weird and alot of the times just plain crazy but yet even then there were so many scenes that just felt so....human, so raw with emotion and understanding and jsut..hope.
I understand when people dont fall inlove with community, but god damn if im not still inlove with that stupid, crazy, amazing show. This is a bit late, but i jsut wanna say thanks community, thanks for the laughs and the feels and just everything, i found you when i wasnt in a great place in life and you never failed to make me smile, in you and your strange characters i truly found a community.
