(Trigger warning: they work in morgue with dead bodies…)

Evan is a forensic pathologist, he works in a morgue and is very very good at his job.

Barty is something, like a scientist, or a forensic investigator or conspiracy theorist or something along the lines of I do weird shit to find out answers about weird shit.

He does experiments on dead bodies, he uses them to test his theories and prove his hypothesis and all that. Yes what he does is super weird but it’s a legitimate work like he has a license and everything.

Evan and Barty have these arrangement. Bodies who have donated their bodies to science after their passing Evan gives to Barty’s clinic/business/science center/ lab of wtv it is.

Evan and Barty have never seen each other. Until one day when Barty demands to see dr.Rosier because he insists the bodies from his morgue are victims of murder.

Barty had always pictured Dr.Rosier as an older-unpleasant-doctor type so he was kind of dreading going and dealing with him.

Fast forward to Barty demanding to see Evan and instead of old guy Dr.Rosier he is met with a deliciously sexy, somehow looks sexy in hospital scrubs Evan.

Then they go and uncover serial killer murders, solve the case together and fall in love in the process (which obviously is the best part).

So yeah..
