For once in a blue moon shopping wouldn’t have been the first on her agenda ⏤ given the choice, she may have opted to stick to the swing in the back porch reading up on all the baby books she had fallen (desperately) behind on. Still, Naomi knew that once the baby came, time left for little outings and lunch dates would come few and far between, so she opted to take advantage of it while she did. Naomi hadn’t seen Elizabeth as much since their school year ended, so she decided to shoot her a text for a shopping trip and hot sandwich date, thus landing the duo browsing a few racks in The Cotton Exchange that afternoon. “Is that a dress or lingerie? I can’t wear that. Not now!” Her head shook, realizing she might need to leave the shopping for the future honeymoon until after Raelynn made her arrival. “You could pull it off, though. Heck, maybe wear it special for someone soon?”
