how do sirius and remus react to their kids wanting to bring their new partners for the holidays?

I see you there, trying to make me say nice things about Remus. UGH FINE.

I think they'd mostly be chill, honestly, especially with Harry's partners, because he's pretty tame when it comes to choosing partners. He brings Ginny home one year, which of course Sirius and Remus saw coming a mile away. The next year it's Draco, and Sirius reacts pretty badly to that one, but mostly behind closed doors. He rants and raves to Remus about Harry dating a Malfoy, but suffers quietly through the holiday when Harry is there. The next year, thank goodness, Harry has finally settled down with Cedric, who Sirius VERY much approves of. He's already got some ideas in mind for their wedding.

Teddy, though. Teddy is another matter, because he is much more adventurous in his dating life. He comes home one year with a polycule, which Sirius and Remus try to be understanding about even though they are SO confused. He also loves to date scandalously older men, and shows up another year with a man old enough to be his father. Sirius does take issue with that one, and the two of them nearly come to blows halfway through dinner while Remus and Harry try to keep the peace. The next year he shows up with a Centaur, and Sirius and Remus give up after that.
