"Fixing" The Battle of Ranskoor Av Kolos

So, the Doctor and her companions answer the distress calls from Ranskoor Av Kolos and most of the episode happens the way it normally does, but, we find out that Ranskoor Av Kolos is actually Desolation from the distant past.

Thinking about it, it makes sense, because there are so many links and references between the finale and the Ghost Monument and they could have used them to actually connect the two episodes instead of just leaving them hanging in the air. Desolation could be the result of the Doctor messing something up, accidentally of course. She finds out somehow that they are on Desolation, except its from the past and they must make sure that whatever they do directly leads to the events of the Ghost Monument because its that planet's future, but the Doctor's past. If Ranskoor Av Kolos doesn't end up in ruin and out of orbit, the Doctor and her companion's pasts are greatly affected. Obviously, this causes for a huge moral dilemma, have the all of those scientists become slaves and get killed or alter her past, causing massive paradoxes? Graham and Ryan lock up Tim Shaw, but don't realise the consequences. With what little time and movement Tim Shaw has left, he sends out a distress signal to the other Stenza who come to rescue him at some point in the future. They find scientists and the Ux and they enslave them and force them to make weapons and destroy the planet.

Ranskoor Av Kolos becomes uninhabitable and a legend. It becomes infamous for how dangerous and toxic it is and after centuries or millenia, it loses its name. Only to be recognised by a symbol, which translates to "Desolation". Years pass and one day, the Tardis tries to land on Desolation, but something goes wrong. Either with the Doctor's involvement with this planet or something gone wrong with her circuits (she did just blow up after all) and she goes through a violent cycle or materialisation for thousands of years and becomes a legend herself, gaining the title "Ghost Monument".

After hundreds to thousands of years, Davros steals 27 planets from random points in space and time. Desolation is one of those planets. During Journey's End, the tenth Doctor and Donna put back all of the planets, but something goes wrong. Desolation is put in the wrong place and is put out of orbit. This eventually leads to the events of the end of TWWFTE and The Ghost Monument where the Doctor is searching for her Tardis, and history goes on.

(How would Tim Shaw get there? I hear you ask, and to answer; he would have some time travel element in his recall device to make finding humans easier. The humans are randomly selected, so it would actually make a lot of sense for him to have some form of time travel in that device).
