Stop making excuses about why you can't change, and just change.
You can make excuses or you can change.
The Coronavirus & change
What would be the point of living a nightmare for months with something like the ‘Coronavirus’ and then not change anything through the other side? We must come through different people, we must change. It’s too big a catastrophe to ignore.
If like me, you believe things happen for a reason, then the Coronavirus is the reason. The universe is asking us to think about our planet, think about the world in the whole, the bigger picture, to think about change. It is important we think about our lives and think about the changes we must make through the other end.
The universe is telling us we’re not getting this right. Through our lifestyles, the world pandemic is a problem we have created for ourselves.
It is telling us we’ve been selfish, arrogant, conceited and non-caring. It has pointed out our flaws through the process and is showing us our mistakes. It is highlighting the issues and telling us all we must now work together, and move forward.
The universe is making us accountable, it is pointing out our flaws, asking us to sort out the problems we’ve created. On our part, we must be responsible enough and accept we are responsible for this and change.

Issues & change
Issues are very much the catalyst for non-change. But dealing with issues are important if we are to successfully think about, deal with and come through the other end of change. For that to happen, issues must be continually addressed at all stages of change.
But it is important for us to understand our reasons for our resisting change. We are initially resistant to change because of unresolved issues: but we can still work through change by understanding and dealing with our issues and elements of what change means through the other end.
Change in the whole is a good thing. The reason we ignore change is fear and the effect we think change will have on us. We fail to trust that we can work and be successful through change. We fail to believe in our abilities, that we’re capable of change. We’re also busy, we have little time for change, but perhaps that’s our excuse for deciding not to change.
We have little tolerance when working through the transition period of change, particularly where issues are concerned, if we’re going to do it we want the job done, but issues are the reason we have resistance. Issues are the reason for non-change.
We must continue to keep an open mind and be open about our feelings towards change. We’re more likely to succeed with change when we’re in control. We assume the worst possible outcome, until we know we’re handling change and through the other end.
Share your thoughts and ask for help on the things you need to know about, and work through the issues that will help you adapt to change and through the other end.

This year was an interesting adventure. I had both good and bad things, hopefully 2018 will bring me more joy and a new beginning in my life. #2017bestnine #Ineedanewbeginning #andchange #tryingtobepositive
Adapt & change
Adapt and change or stagnate and get left behind. Sadly, this is how it works. The capacity to adapt comes through our ability to deal with the mental, emotional and physical challenges.
How we manage to incorporate a new mind set and our subsequent behaviour, determines how successful our new mind-set and behaviour pattern will be. The key implications of change are necessary if we are to move on with our lives.
We adjust to change by forming new expectations that eventually lead us to success, under new circumstances. We must start by addressing and working out what’s happening and learning to respond to those things. We must learn to deal with our emotions sufficiently, but to do that we must consciously tap into our emotions.
Sadly, that’s now how we roll. Invariably, we are continually linked to our unconscious thinking and therefore don’t always think about our conscious thoughts of how we feel at any given time. We tend to rely on the old stories that play out in our unconscious thinking as we go about our daily loves.
We must involve our mental, emotional and physical states if we are to adapt. We must also learn to absorb change beyond that if we are to continue to adapt and change.
