1. when did you start editing?
I can’t remember when I started editing, but it was years and years and years ago. I think I was doing really shitty and basic graphics and icons in the LJ days, but I can’t remember when I finally started trying my hand at gifs. Though even when I did, they were like really long and very basic, not the kind of Tumblr edits that I do now. So I’ll say back when I first made my Tumblr, back in the early Glee days.
10. is your material for editing organized?
Somewhat? All my downloads are all in their own show folders on my external hard drives, though while I have my saved PSDs in one place, that could certainly be better organized. But I’ve been giffing for so long, I can kinda just go on autopilot when I edit, so even if it’s not what others would consider organized, I at least know where everything is.
12. what’s something you would like to learn?
Does using After Effects count? This isn’t giffing, but editing related. I have experience with making basic videos in Vegas, but that was years ago. I’d love to know how to do the current kind of edits and videos that the ~kids are doing these days. In regards to gifs, I wish I was better at blending two or more scenes together with masks, etc.
