Unofficial cookbooks for fan stuff are weird. Like why are you telling me to use panko instead of actual breadcrumbs for a meat-stuffed pumpkin? What's up with the soy sauce and use of shichimi togarashi? Just because it's a Japanese made game? My Lord of the Rings unofficial cookbook and the ATLA cookbook I read is like this too....all these weird style recipes and sometimes impossible to find ingredients.

Finally decided that I didn't like the current pad thai recipe I'm using so I'm gonna try this one next time. Looking at the new recipe there's quite a few things that are different so maybe I'll like the new one better.

I’m in week 2 of my spring break and I’m leaning into it a bit.  It’s a bit of a weird break but it’s good.
