Anne Nightingale, Andy Forray, James Aubrey, Chris Jagger
Most Brits will recognise Anne “Annie” Nightingale the well known TV and radio broadcaster and Radio 1′s first female DJ, Andy Forray was an American singer songwriter, and Chris Jagger is Mick’s younger brother. Another Radio 1 DJ “Diddy” David Hamilton makes a brief cameo appearance in the film too.
My friend singer/actor Andy Forray passed away May 10th 2019. We were friends in London back in the seventies. Andy was well known for being in the cast of the show “Hair” in London and films like “Up Pompeii” -
I played bass and some rhythm guitar overdubs on his 1979 single “Remy Road” (songwriters Smith-Smallman) which is a really fine rock recording, mixed by Miki Dallon for Barn/Acrobat records.
Rest in peace, Andy.

If there’s any director who deserves to be rediscovered and be given a critical reevaluation, it’s … well, I was going to say that it’s Pete Walker but honestly, I’ve only seen a handful of Walker’s films. And really, my admiration of Walker as a filmmaker is largely due to one film, 1974’s Frightmare. So, I’ll just say that, based on Frightmare, Walker might deserve a critical reevaluation.
