Astro observations - ❣️ Luuuuv edition❣️

i'm currently going thru a break up and i felt like shit talking. will these my most objective observations? yeaaaaa. maybe not. feel free to argue with me, though.

If you want me to analyze you and your partner's chart, or your chart, or your crush's chart, I offer that for 10-15$ sooooo y'know

Whenever entering a relationships, look at these placements within yourself and your future partner : your mercury sign (this will be important in arguments), your moon sign (will this person be able to fulfill your emotional needs?) and your venus sign (do you guys have the same perception of an healthy relationship?)

I actually do believe that when it comes to relationships, you need to have at least a few similar placements or at the very least same elements. i know they say opposite attracts, but in my humble opinion, similar stick together. Earth signs will always prioritize a stable, solid foundations and might get hurt by an Air sign's volatility.

Virgos judge way too much when it comes to relationships. I'd say unhealed, un evolved Virgos. Their perfectionism can get really suffocating when it is projected onto others and honestly, until they're healed and can accept their own flaws, it can really ruin the other person's self esteem

I've already talked about 12th house relationships in one of my earlier posts, but let me go back to this (now that i'm done with mine LMAOOOO). This ain't for the weak. 12th house is the house of hidden enemies. Unless you both accept that the other person triggers your deepest insecurities, you will hurt eachother and in that case, it's better to simply leave and learn your lesson

A Pisces mercury would do better be with other water signs mercury. They tend to talk in images and in a vague way, and their words always get distorted. I feel like another water sign would have less trouble understanding the feeling behind the weird words of a pisces mercury.

Another aspect that is important when it compatibility is the rising! Rising sign doesn't only represent appearances, it litteraly affects your whole chart. It talks about your values, your way of viewing life and navigating it. A Taurus rising will view life in a way that is completely different to a Leo rising, for example (while they may share similarities, sometimes it creates unnecessary conflicts)

Scorpios do get a bad rep in relationships and most of the times, it's because you've been on the other end of their wrath and that's the only thing you can remember. I've been badly burned by a Scorpio but that doesn't mean it'll take away their devotion, loyalty and pure love that I could experience with them. Not everyone will be compatible with a Scorpio, because it is intense, but being truly loved by a Scorpio is something everybody should experience

Air signs are mostly associated with relationships, friendships, flings. They sometimes get a bad rep that they're not loyal, they're not faithful. Unfortunately, I'm not here to demystify that, BUT! I'll say this: air sign are way less comfortable in relationships that they tend to appear. Most air signs have a deep wounded relationships with themselves. They simply have learned that in order not to deal with that, they could project it onto other people and/or play a role. Most people don't even notice and they get to stay in denial. Aquarius are scared they won't bring any value to the world, Geminis are scared of getting to know themselves and if they'll ever truly fit in somewhere and Libras are scared of their own flaws and would much rather fix themselves through a relationship. They're. running. from. themselves.

Will you ever truly get to know a Sagittarius in a relationship? Only if you're willing to spend most of the time playing the sweet gymnastic of : was this a lie or was this the truth ? Remember that they're ruled by Jupiter and they naturally have an inflated ego. The lies doesn't necessarily come from a bad place, per se, but much more a desire to always look good in someone's eyes.

I'll end with this: I don't actually believe that you shouldn't go through a relationship because of someone's sign or chart. BUT. These are energies that both of y'all will project. If you don't work on it, if you ignore it, if you pretend... They will play out.

Hello, I’m back with a third astro notes. Please disregard anything that doesn’t make you feel good, remember these are just personal observations <3

* Virgos really are a mess. They will do their best to keep the organized, put together persona, but the mess they’re going through behind closed doors is actually so intense. Whenever I get close to a Virgo, I’m a little shook tbh.

* Kinda unrelated to my normal content, but I really wonder how Dream (the youtuber) is handling the constant attacks to his physical appearance being a Leo and such. He kinda seems unfazed and keeps posting pics of him and videos, but idk. I’m curious how he’s handling it privately.

* I really do love me a fire x earth sign combo. Wether it’s friendship or relationship, I find them so energetic and chaotic lmao. Now, I’m gonna be honest I do think as a friendship, it works better. I also think each person has to have a varied chart in order to work. Someone with too much earth won’t really tolerate the intensity of the fire sign, and vice versa.

* Aries are not only trend setters, most of the time they are the ones to break generational traumas, mindset or traditions. They really, truly, do not give a fuck about what’s been done in the past or “what’s the right way to do this”. Lady Gaga, I believe, is the personification of that. On a personal level, it can definitely get annoying to deal with an Aries, but once you understand that they act that way because they’re trying to better themselves and by extension the world around them, it gets easier.

* Capricorns really fascinate me. I know the stereotypes around Caps is that they’re hardworking, focused on money, overly serious etc. I think part of it is true, but I think it depends on when you do meet them. If it’s before their Saturn return, you might actually meet a version of them that is actually struggling, quite immature, bad with money and overall disorganized. Remember, Saturn is severe and harsh. He doesn’t make it easy for its natives and I think it kind of explains why in the beginning of their lives, Caps are so all over the place. They get it together at one point though, and some become the stereotypical Capricorn.

* Also, on Capricorn, I’ve noticed they don’t really like when people mention their past selves. I mean, no one does, but with Caps it seems even more severe. It’s like they’re trying their hardest to dissociate from that past self that didn’t meet their ideals. I know a lot of Capricorn that even go by different names than their younger self. Crazy.

* Each element has their strength. Fire signs, it’s their will. Air signs, their intellect. Water signs, their emotions. Earth signs, their consistency. In the same vein, that same strength can quickly turn into their worst flaw. Fire signs can get really egotistical when trying to reach their goals. Air signs have a tendency to be condescending and mock others for their emotional reactions. Water signs can use emotional manipulation tactics to get what they want. Earth signs can get often stuck in their ways, no matter how toxic or unhealthy it may be.

* Cancer in 12th makes you despise your emotions, even when you rationally know that “it’s okay to feel that way”. Most often than not, they project that hatred/disdain towards other people and can’t tolerate really emotional people.

* We have to stop thinking that only earth signs and the sign of Leo is an indicator of fame. Sure, they can be indicator, but I do believe that we disregard the many types and layers of fame. Also, the way celebrities will interact with their fanbase and how they’re remembered is important. I truly believe every sign can be famous, but it won’t manifest the same. Is it easier for some signs? Sure. But every sign, using their strength could achieve it.

* Talking about fame. If you really want to achieve it, I think it’d be interesting to use your MC, North node, Mercury, Venus and Rising sign to achieve it. By checking in with your Moon sign needs, you could then regulate the right path for you. Some people truly don’t mind using drama to create traction even if it means hate, while some people could not tolerate it. Anyways, I’ll do a whole other post about it.

Hello every one, I hope every single one of y'all is doing okay. Just some random notes I've had for a while. Please disregard anything that doesn't apply to you.

Leo and Virgo mixed in a chart can be so fucking intense. If you add Scorpio to the mix, you can get someone that not only refuses to see their own flaws, but also pretty vindictive. (underdeveloped ones, ofc)

On the bright side, Leos are one the best hype man/woman ever. If you ever get to be their best friend or partner, you will always feel special next to them. They're ruled by the sun, baby!

One thing I freaking LOVE about Scorpio placements is how shameless they are about their feelings (except maybe scorpio moon, lmao y'all are struggling :') ). In a culture where being nonchalant is the norm and the "cool" thing to do, I love how y'all refuse to adhere to it.

While I don't agree with the whole "female ____ are better than male _____" or vice versa, I still think there's a difference between signs but it's not necessarily based on gender, but more on how you were raised. Let's take Aries for example. If you were raised in a society where being a man meant that violence was okay to perform, being ultra competitive was encouraged, you might become a pretty toxic Aries (because those natural traits of yours are being amplified and not discouraged). As opposed to an Aries who's born a female, and have been told that it's ugly to get angry, they should never be competitive, they might be a pretty mellow Aries. Bottom line : No, [enter a zodiac sign] men as a whole are not inherently toxic, they're just chained to the patriarchy.

Pisces mercury are the most vague people ever as their mercury are in detriment in Pisces. BUT! Man, if you let them express themselves through art, their sensibility and imagination really shine through. Let your pisces mercury friend express themselves how they want, man. They can feel you getting annoyed lmao.

Geminis are underrated in my opinion, when it comes to being geniuses or pioneers. I feel like we always comment on earth signs' intelligence or Aquariuses for the pioneer thing, but we always overlook Geminis!! Let me list a few : Marilyn Monroe, the icon. Laverne Cox, the first transgender to appear on Cosmo, Time, to have a wax figure at Madame Tussaud's museum, Prince, Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West. Man, the list goes on!! Emma Chamberlain (the most popular influencer of our time). F*ck, I could really go on and ooooooon. I will, as a matter of fact. Not on this post though, this one.

I envy Libra's ability to understand what people want from them and execute it perfectly (Kim Kardashian, anyone?). How do you do that?

If you ever have a problem that seems like there's no solution, get yourself an Aquarius and ask them what they would do. The best advices I ever gotten was from an Aquarius (Capricorns, too).

I got into astrology when I was 17, so my 6th profection year, which is the Virgo house. I forgot about it, then got back into it when I was 23, which is the 12th house profection year (or Pisces house). Thought that was interesting. I've always loved the weird relation between these two sister signs. For someone who's not into astrology at all, they always see these two signs as being soooo different. But I don't really think so.

My favorite coworkers are Sagittarius. They can get pretty intense and bossy sometimes, but always so funny. I don't like working with Virgos and Scorpios, though. Love them as friends, lmao.

Geminis in pop culture and how they're underrated

Whenever we think about high intelligence, progress, innovations in regards to astrology, most of the time, we come up with Earth signs such as Capricorns, Virgos or Tauruses. Aquarius is also brought up often when it comes to progress and genius. It's crazy to me Gemini, which is ruled by the literal planet of intelligence and communication, is so often forgotten.

Kanye West ( Sun in Gemini, Jupiter in Gemini and Lilith in Gemini)

According to certain websites, he would be a Cancer rising, which would means his Gemini would be in the 12th house along with the three aforementioned placements.

Kanye is the perfect example of the genius strike that we often forget in Geminis. Kanye as a rapper, can be seen as a pioneer of both hip hop and rap. His refusal to do what other people were doing changed the game forever. Hate it or love him, the format of the today's rap songs are largely influenced by him. This is due, in fact, mostly because of Gemini's mutable qualities. Mutable signs are meant to disrupt the system. They are meant to bent the rules to their liking, wether you like it or not. If you even look at artists' birth charts you can see that they have major mutable placements no matter the element (water, fire, air or earth). But let's go back to Geminis because I actually think it's the combination of every aspect of Geminis that make them so powerful. We'll come back to that later.

Since the beginning of Ye's career, his goal was to share his story. He wanted the audience to immerse themselves fully in his world, no matter what that particular world was. That's also one of the reason why some albums created so much noise, because it was so raw. I feel that is so Gemini of him. Let's not forget that Geminis are ruled by Mercury. The literal planet of intelligence, communications, mental stimulation and curiosity. That said, if you mix the mutable aspect of wanting to disrupt the rules with Mercury's quality of wanting to communicate and share, you get someone that's not ashamed to give you the full depth of their human experience, no matter how disturbing it is.

Kanye has been shamed a lot for this, people accusing him of switchings beliefs from one extreme to another. Which is true (and kinda the reason why I don't like him as much as a person anymore, but let's move on). And that, too, is very Gemini of him. They get hated on so much for this trait, but I do believe as artists, that trait can get them so far, if they use it as a way to express the duality within them.

To me, art is supposed to make you feel something, no matter if the emotion is deemed negative or positive. And that's how you feel with a Gemini, Kanye being a prime example. He's able to pour his point of view and feelings into his art and we just get to witness that. And yes it's uncomfortable, because we would rather see the world in black and white. Geminis are not like that. They see and understand every point of view and rarely take side.

I love Geminis artists, man. Since I was a child.

2. Emma Chamberlain ( Sun, Mercury, Jupiter and Saturn in Gemini)

With Emma, what I want to highlight within the sign of Gemini is the intelligence and level of adaptability, like-ability and charisma that ooze from them. Emma Chamberlain is a young Youtube star who gained popularity for her vlog videos and unique editing style. One of the main reason she also got hate was the fact that she seemingly got famous for... well, nothing. That is the beauty and curse of Geminis. Most of what they do seem effortless, and I think that's why they're so underrated. Emma was able to capture your attention with a vlog that was as mundane as a short trip to the thrift store. How did she do it?

Geminis are about mental stimulation. Their brains is going at 200 mph at all time. They're always thinking of stuff, and Emma just had the brilliant idea to record herself and let that out of her brain. They have a way of recounting stories that is absolutely fascinating, you cannot do anything but listen. There's a reason why there's so many youtubers and rappers that are Geminis. They are good with words (that mix of Mercury and air is sweet, I'm telling y'all).

Another thing that I noticed is how good they are at marketing themselves (Mercury also rules commerce). They know how to make every part of themselves appealing and sellable. Everything that Emma wears become a trend. I totally attribute that to her Gemini placements (her mix of Taurus placements also helps i'ma be honest).

In conclusion

Geminis are pioneers, not only because they refuse to play within the limits of the game, but also because they are constantly evolving. Incredibly intelligent and insightful, they are able to recognize what the audience wants from them and give them even more than what they initially asked for. Creative and honestly quite weird, the moment they accept to share who they truly are to the world, they become everyone's model to copy from head to toe. They are able to stay solid within a high pressure environment and that makes them able to handle fame at quite a high level, actually.

advice : If you want to be famous or think you're meant to be, and you don't have the usual placements that is associated with fame (leo, capricorn, virgo, scorpio) please look at where Gemini is in your chart and work off of that. It'll be incredibly helpful.

Disney characters as zodiac sign : Lilo in Lilo & Stitch 

So, I've decided to watch all the Disney movies because ... Why not. I decided to start with Lilo. Let's dive deep into her character using astrology. It's possible certain placements could not be accurate because of how the planets move, but this is just for fun.

Sun sign ☀️

To me, Lilo is the embodiment of an Aquarius sun trying to fit in. As the movie starts, it is pretty clear how Lilo is being perceived amongst her peers. A weirdo. Every Tuesday, she feeds a fish a peanut butter sandwich so it can regulate the weather. She gets made fun of almost immediately and Lilo doesn't seem to understand why. Being the outsider is something that most Aquarius placements, but mostly suns, has had to deal with. I would argue that as a child, it is harder for them. As they grow up, they understand that it's in fact a good thing and they can get things done in an unique way. But when they're younger, this trait makes them feel like an alien. They don't seem to understand why they can't just fit in. Pretty much a loner, Lilo has a hard time making friends because the other little girls don't seem to have the same interests. They're disgusted by Lilo and everything surrounding her : her DIY doll, her "dog" (Stitch), etc. Again, being an Aquarius sun, she doesn't really understand how to fit in and is cast away for it. She also has a really high imagination and uses it to cope with her environnement. The fish one is a good example, but there's also when her sister Nani had been fired. She then told Lilo it's because the manager was a vampire and Lilo whispered : "I knew it". She's also extremely insightful. She understands the depth and importance of certain things without having to be told about it. For example, when she sees David (Nani's friend) and Nani interact, she then tells David that her sister likes her and that he shouldn't worry too much. Just by observing David, she could tell that he was anxious and insecure about wether or not Nani liked him back.

2. Moon sign 🌙

After her fight with the girls and them making fun of her doll, Lilo runs home, shut the door and plays Elvis' music laying down on the floor. Her emotions come crashing down on her and she accepts them fully. As I was watching that, I could only think of her being a Cancer moon. Cancer being at home in this placement, it makes sense that she feels comfortable with her emotions and she doesn't try to push them away. She does that pretty much the whole movie, in fact. When she's mad, she yells and fights, when she's sad, she cries or lays down, when she's happy, she laughs and hugs the people that make her happy. She is completely at ease with her inner world and doesn't feel the need to shame herself for being emotional. She is also pretty sensitive and reacts in an emotional way to almost every situation as opposed to a rational way. After all, she does get emotional pretty quickly and her mood can change pretty quickly as well.

3. Mercury sign 🔍

Lilo has a way of talking that is impulsive, cheerful, loud, optimistic, and easy going. That, my friend, is a Leo mercury. She has no shame sharing what's going on inside because it feels like she needs to be heard, and that what she is going through is valuable enough to be shared. She never shy away to say what needs to be said and what she has been going through. She can, however, be a little self righteous and impulsive (I'm aware she is also a child lmao). For example, in the beginning of the movie, when she got into a fight with Nani, she yells at her sister that she's a bad sister because she's not listening to her and not understanding her pain. Again, I'm aware she's a child and children are pretty self centered to begin with, but I'm sure some of y'all would not have said that to your care taker simply because it's not in your personality to do so. Lilo most definitely puts her feeling and her perspective before anything else. When Nani wants to get rid of Stitch because he's causing them problems, Lilo refuses and starts screaming that she can't give him away because family never gets left behind. Lilo always makes sure that her beliefs will get heard, one way or another.

4. Mars sign 🔥

Let's continue with mars, as I believe Lilo has a Leo mars, as well. Like I stated earlier, Lilo is particularly impulsive and that's how I knew her mars had to be fire, at least. But why Leo? Like I said earlier, Lilo is really emotional, and I've stated before that, that would make her a Cancer moon. But it's the way she decides to act on that emotion that you can see her mars placement. Let's go back to that first scene when she was laying down on the ground. Nani was trying to get inside because she was expecting the social worker. Lilo was having none of it. She turned the music louder and kept singing. Dra-ma-tic. I love this scene, don't get me wrong, but man is she dramatic 🤣. And that's the Leo flair, baby! That was for her sadness, but she expresses herself in the same kind of way when she gets mad. She jumped on one of the little girl and bit her the second she made fun of her. Nani even asked her afterwards if she fought...again. So this is a recurrent thing. But the mars placement also tells you about how creativity gets expressed and Lilo is pretty creative. She loves dance and is good at it, she loves drawing and painting, she loves reading, she loves photography. With Leo mars, they have this deep need of expressing themselves no matter the medium. It's important for them to feel loved and respected amongst their entourage, which seem to be the case for Lilo as well.

5. Venus sign 💗

Loyal, caring, patient. I truly believe that Lilo has a Cancer venus. Let me explain. Lilo has suffered a lot (although not completely shown) with her relationships. She's been teased by her classmates, her parents have died and the relationship with her sister seem strained. At the beginning of the film, we see Lilo praying for a friend. Nani hears that, and decides to take her to the dog shelter to pick a dog. And she chooses Stitch. As we all know, Stitch turns out to be pretty chaotic and destroys everything as this is what he's been designed to do. As someone who's been disappointed so much in relationships, you would think she would return Stitch and close her heart off not to get hurt again. But she doesn't. She is completely aware of Stitch's bad behavior and wants to improve is. She loves him, despite that. The thing with Cancer venus is that, when they love, they love deep. They are loyal and understanding and will not leave you until you threaten something of theirs. They are extremely protective. That's actually what happens with Stitch. The house gets destroyed because of him, she gets separated from Nani and that's when Lilo has had enough. She does, always, see the good in people even if there is not much there. It does push people around her to be better and, in return, give her the love she deserves.

Mars and mercury. Mercury is at ease in this house. She feels no problem expressing herself. She is intelligent and aware of her surrounding, Her emotions wants to come out in the form of self expression, as Mars is there as well.

Sun in the Ninth house

Her principles are high, and they cannot move unless she decides to. She seems to has a very strong sense of what is right and what's not, even though it can appear hypocritical at times.

How toxic can the signs be ? 

Hello every one. This post will be about how toxic the signs can be. It's important to note here that every single sign can be toxic. Every single sign can be harmful, but they'll show it in different ways.

I would advise to check the sign to which you relate the most. So for example if you're a Libra, but you have a stellium in Pisces, you might relate more to Pisces. You be the judge of that. Enjoy!!

Pisces

Drowning. That's how it feels to be in the company of a Pisces who's at their worst. They will want to drag you down with them, as they feel it's unfair that you're able to live life and not share their struggles. When they're not well, they will use manipulation tactics in order to make you feel exactly how they're feeling inside. Most of them are able to see your weaknesses and will use it against you, but you might not see it the first few times you're hanging out with them. Ruled by Neptune, they might create illusions around their characters so you never truly know what's so.. off about them. You might feel tempted to share your story with them, to confess to them. That's their doing. Like I said, they know your weaknesses. It's important to remember though, that they're doing it in order to feel less lonely. To feel their emotions through someone else, because it seems easier.

solution : One of Pisces' biggest weakness is running away. They will try to escape their problems and their feelings. In order to stop projecting their suffering onto other people, they need to accept their feelings and let it go once and for all.

2. Taurus

Stuck. If you've ever been in a relationship with a toxic Taurus, that's probably how you felt after a certain time. When a Taurus is not doing so well, they can become quite rigid. They will refuse any advice on a situation, even when it's causing harm to people around them or even themselves. A relationship that's healthy requires constant change and adaptation in order to fulfill the people that's in it. A toxic Taurus is not able to do that and will take great offense if you ever try to "criticize" their behavior. Not only will they not listen to you, but they might hold a grudge against you for even speaking up about it. It's not necessarily that they want to look perfect, but really, I believe that deep down they themselves, feel stuck in their ways and you pointing it out makes them feel worse. While they might never really give up on a relationship, people around them might feel like they have let go of them because the issues are never resolved. Which is draining and uncomfortable for everyone else around them. The important thing to remember, I think, before judging a Taurus, is that they are doing this to protect themselves. Doing what they know, is their way of maintaining stability even if yes.. it means toxic behaviours repeated multiples times.

solution : By simply listening to people complaints and slowly applying what they're telling you, Tauruses can change the dynamic of a relationship. It's truly that easy. It will feel uncomfortable, and their ego will be hurt. But the simplest things in life make the biggest change.

3. Cancer

Disappointed. Being close with a toxic Cancer, you must certainely have felt that feeling of "wow.. really..?" with them. Cancer, even at their best, is extremely moody. Just like the Moon, they go through different phases, which can be hard to follow. Even for them, I must add. When they're not in the best state, they can get easily overwhelmed with life's responsibilities and as a consequence, end up being quite self centered and closed off. Their own self has to come first or they feel that everything will fall apart and they simply cannot let that happen. It can be actually pretty devastating to watch from an exterior perspective because you can see them becoming self destructive, and they'll simply not accept your help. If you try to help them regardless, that's when you end up disappointed. Because it won't work. They're moving at their own rhythm and hates when someone disrupts it. They will cut you off instantly if they feel like you threaten their emotional security. I feel like this is not talked about enough, but Cancers can definetely be quite cutthroat and ruthless. I think it's important to remember that Cancers are strong individuals and hate being treated like they're not (even if they're crybabies, yes). By forcing them to feel better or come out of that destructive mindset, you only reinforce their toxic behaviour. Let them ride it out, for a moment.

solution: Just like Capricorn, their sister sign, Cancers do require a certain structure in order to really thrive. Maybe this structure is more emotional, but just something that feels solid in order for them to be at their best. Therefore, it's important to acknowledge when things are out of wack and fix it. They instinctively know which areas need improvement and by denying it and isolating themselves, they only make it worse.

4. Virgo

Judgement. This should come with no surprises, if you've ever been remotely close to a Virgo. The feeling of being constantly analyzed, scrutinized and judged for every tiny mistakes is something quite frequent for a Virgo that's toxic. Virgo is a sign of improvement. They are all about details and.. perfection. At their best, a Virgo is an ambitious individual who thrives to be the best version of themselves. At their worst, a Virgo is an individual with perfectionism tendencies who tends to project their insecurities onto others. I've noticed that for Virgos who are in an unhealthy mental state, tend to create a facade in which their lives seem perfect, but if you take a good look, it's actually quite chaotic. The reason why you can sometimes feel Virgo's judgement onto you is because they can always notice the little tiny detail that's wrong. If they feel insecure about their life though, they'll refuse to look into it and fix it. They'd rather look into your life and criticize it instead. It's easier, less messy. They feel like they can actually fix it. It's important to remember that most Virgos don't actually have bad intentions. They simply crave perfection and if they feel they can't have it for themselves, f-- it, they'll create it in your life. Still pretty toxic, though.

solution : Every Virgo I know should let their hair down, twirl under the rain and dance freely for three hours. Just.... let go!! Jesus! They need to let go of the illusion of perfection, they need to let go of being the perfect little human being every time. They just need to be.

Disney characters as zodiac signs : Mulan 

Hello everyone ! I'm back back back again with another analysis of a character. This time we'll do Mulan. It was such a pleasure to rewatch that movie again. Such a gem. This will be solely based on the animated movie, as I didn't watch the live action and I'm not planning to. E n j o y !

Sun sign ☀️

When I saw Mulan, the first thing I could notice about her is how she was using her mind and intellect to solve the many obstacles she faced. Quick on her feet and adaptable, I feel like Mulan really shows the side of Gemini many people refuse to see. I know there's a stereotype of Geminis being really talkative, bubbly and exhuberating and that simply cannot be applied to Mulan. But, there's also a kind of Gemini which all of that mental stimulation and energy is kept to themselves (and turns into overthinking lmao) and I feel like that can be applied to her. She is always thinking of a way to make things more efficient and better. For example, when Shang gave the task to retrieve the arrow at the top of the pillar, after using strength and failing, she decided to use logic and physics to retrieve it and succeeded. Every single time she succeeded in the movie was because she used her quick thinking to solve the problem. I will get more into this in the Mercury segment.

2. Moon sign 🌙

Another reason why Mulan is not the stereotypical bubbly Gemini could be explain by her moon, which to me, is definitely in Capricorn. Mulan has a deep fear of disappointing people. She knows she is "not like the other girls" and that her family might lose face because of her. This fear of being her family's disappointment haunts her, and because of that she is extremely hard on herself. When Shang and the rest of the army discovers she's in fact a woman, she immediately puts the blame on herself and gets disappointed in herself. Capricorn moons tend to put a lot of pressure and responsibility on their shoulders and fail to recognize how others are sometimes to blame when things go south. Another trait of Cap moon that I could see in Mulan is how she seems to believe that her worth is linked to her accomplishment, which in fact, makes her always a little bit insecure. She is also not really the emotional type, as this could be explained not only by the mix of a an Air sun and Earth moon, but also Cap moons in general having a really hard time opening up. Sure, we see her cry in the movie, but it's after feeling like she let her whole family down. She pretty much keeps to herself and tries to push through, otherwise.

3. Mercury sign 🔍

Obviously, Mulan is a Gemini sign. This should come as no surprise. Like I stated earlier, she uses logic and wit to solve and analyse life's problems. She is also really quick on her feet and trusts her intellect enough to go through her ideas. For example, on the snowy battlefield where her army was trying to defend Shan Yu, she thought of aiming the cannon at the peak of the mountain to create an avalanche and kill all the soliders, instead of only aiming at Shan Yu. She also doesn't really plan things out and just follows the flow of her intuition, which makes her pretty impulsive. Her deciding to simply dress as a man and join the army was most definitely on a whim. That's pretty Gemini to me.

4. Mars sign 🔥

Determinate, gritty, courageous and headstrong, Mulan is the definition of an Aries mars. She simply does not give up on a task, not matter how sucky she is to begin with. After all, at the army training, she was the worst soldier and she just kept trying and trying despite the humiliation and bullying. Also quite funny that she succeeded in retrieving the arrow right after she got kicked out of the army. That damn Aries' ego. If there's one thing you cannot do with a Aries is tell them what to do. They do things on their own terms.

5. Venus sign 💗

A side of Mulan that is less seen in the movie is her sweet and caring side. She reminds me of a Taurus Venus in the way she is willing to give literally everything to the one she loves. A side of Taurus venus that is not talked about enough is how they do always want to look good for the people they love (romantically and platonically) which I feel can be applied to Mulan. She wants to make her father proud. She wants to prove to Shang that she is in fact, a good soldier. Also extremely protective and loyal, she never lets people down until the very end. Even after being literally abandoned in the snow by Shang and his army, she comes back to save them (and all of China too, lmao). Although it takes quite some time for Taurus Venus to actually get attached, once they are, they never ever let go.

Cancer rising

Reserved, protective of the ones she loves with an introverted nature.

Sun in 12th

Sun in 12th makes her more prone to isolation, self reflection. She needs to be aware of hidden enemies (the army turned on her because of her gender even after winning the war and saving Shang). Prone to self sacrifice (I mean, this one is obvious).

Moon in 7th

Very adaptable to people's need. Depends on people's validation and actively seek for it. The people in her life are really important to her, to the point where they influence her happiness and feeling of security.

Mercury in 12th

Extremely secretive. Needs to be self aware, or the mind can turn against her. Deep need to reach self fulfillment.

Mars in 10th

Extreme intensity (added points for it being in Aries) in going after her goals. Career that involve sports.

Venus in 11th

Love is directed at the community. She feels good when surrounded by the people she loves. Community is a big aspect for her and is never neglected for the self.

That is all for me today, y'all. which character should i do next ? i really don't know. I started watching Pocahontas, but I got sick. I couldn't finish it, I hate how they romanticize the whole thing. So i'm open to suggestions.
