doctors appointment (angel log and tw for bloodwork and a single grooming mention)

wowow so my doctors appointment went super duper well!!! im gonna get checked out 4 pcos and get bloodwork later!!! horray!!! idk if bloodwork needs a tw but ill put it there ( ᴗᴗ͈)ഒ

anyways yall are exploding on my post about how i think kids cant consent and that we should let them be themselves but okay idk maybe i word things wrong

Angel Log 9

After a hectic and heated meeting of the council, we finally have a plan together. 

The human memories of Mia Greywing are apparently too far back to be reached easily, and according to Simon, it is physically not possible to clear everything through memory alterations. This has been confirmed by other council members with memory experience. However. We do have a more extreme option.

The transition from human to angel caused Mia to forget all of her past memories for a time. Ideally, I would have liked to find out what it was that triggered recovery, but the council have been pushing for action for some time. Thankfully however, with her in custody, we have control over her surroundings. I have learned of an experimental process- to pass an angel back through the cycle post-harvesting.

The arrangements have been made.

Seeing as we can’t split an angel’s spirit from their body, the two will be one and the same, effectively following this concept of reincarnation. The process should be enough to recreate the effects of the previous transition, if not, we’ve lost nothing by trying. And if this works. We’ll have wiped her memory clean.

I’ll be overseeing the process myself, along with our medical professionals and my subordinate Kris, who has kindly volunteered to observe and guard Mia after the event. We’ll be keeping her away from any familiar locations or people, and taking some time to see that she is not a danger to us or anybody else- the rumours of the ‘twice baked’ angel are at the forefront of everybody’s minds... It’s a risk. But if we can keep her from remembering, then even if those are true, it shouldn’t be a problem for us. As harsh as it sounds, we could use her power to our advantage. Only in dire straights of course.

The main thing is to get this done safely. 

We’ll move her tomorrow morning. I suppose I’ll have to break the news myself- she at least deserves that.

It’s hard not to feel sombre. Or cruel. But this isn’t a death sentence- this is a second, or rather, third chance at a happy life. And we should treat it as such. This is a chance to resolve this for all parties, and no-one has to die.

I just pray that this works.. For all our sakes.

Angel Log 6

After two days of searching, I have made a frustrating discovery.

I’ve been looking for the files surrounding the events of Mia Greywing’s past, in the hopes of understanding the present situation. Unfortunately, it seems that these files were stored in one of our warehouses down on Earth. 

As a further blow, the warehouse was used so infrequently, that it has since been converted.

Into a school. 

I have no idea whether any of the files will still be stored there, nor does anyone else I seem to ask, and so I am left only with the option of undercover work. *sigh* What a trial... Without those files we cannot proceed, and it is clear that we can’t stay like this forever either. 

I plan to stage myself as a teacher in need of employ. I’ll enter a younger Angel in as a student under the ruse of being my child. This way we should be able to gather information from both angles- While I will have access to restricted areas, the other will gather intel from other students- rumours, miscreants and the suchlike.

This will be a much longer process that I had planned... All the same.. It has to be done.

h e a d c a n o n ; Luna isn't an overly prideful person, but she is extremely cocky when it comes to Victoria's ability to protect her. A common phrase that escapes her is, "I'm not afraid of much anymore," mainly because she wholeheartedly believes that her 'guardian angel' can protect her from pretty much everything.

While this faith isn't necessarily misplaced, since Victoria will do all that she can to protect her, if Luna doesn't realize that an opposing force is more powerful than her guardian, she may face serious consequences if Victoria is overpowered.

h e a d c a n o n ; Luna is absolutely terrified of cars and other vehicles. A fear that became prominent after her parents' deaths, Luna will avoid vehicular transportation at all costs— Consequently, she doesn't know how to drive either, and if she can't get to a place by walking, she'll bike there, even if it's inconvenient.

h e a d c a n o n ; Perhaps because of her heightened empathy and ability to talk Duel Spirits, Luna is more keen to notice things of supernatural nature. If a person has ties with the supernatural, Luna will likely recognize it in their "energy," given that she is not preoccupied by conversation or other distractions. While she will not know the exact nature of said "energy," she will at least be aware of it if it catches her attention.

h e a d c a n o n ; Luna rarely curses. Not because of any aversion or dislike for it, it's just never really been a part of how she speaks. When she does swear though, that's when you should start running.
