Sasuke just sauntering into the Ocean God’s Kingdom like

Suigetsu, just not having any of that at all.

I love that were going to be getting more of our foul mouthed Sea God next chapter, I know I’ve said it 324339 times but I really love the way you write him.

Kakashi, telling Kore about receiving his Sharingan, and losing his best friends (and maybe lover?) was so sad! I don’t believe there was a real ‘winner’ in the war between the Surface and the Underworld Gods, Madara may be in posession of Olympus, but that victory seems hollow as it appears he is unable to truly affect anything anymore, the power he wanted still just out of his reach, still resenting the surface gods from afar. I feel like both sides lost literally everything, it’s really quite tragic. No one walked away unscathed, maybe Suigetsu I suppose.

Kakashi also had quite a lot to say about genjutsu, perhaps that is the secret to Sasuke’s memory loss? Hmm. I’m ready for the Death God to get his memories back.

I’m so excited to see Team Taka gearing up to take on the Eight Tails! Shit is going to be EPIC!

Looks like the council is going to be having words with Sasuke after all...

SO when Ruka was dying I was freaking the fuck out cause I thought sasuke was gonna appear but OFC NOT AND I WAS SO SAD FOR THE LITTLE GIRL

AND THEN Kenji has me SO conflicted because he’s so adorable and so fuckin nice I’m just like

(LMAO WHEN YOU WERE COMPARING THEM ON THE SPECTRUM) okay but THEN KENJI HAS TO BRING UP THE BALL AND IM LIKE

Quietus Chapter 54

Whoa @angel-chu! So much information and plot points in this chapter! My head is spinning!

It makes sense that Cronus would have something to do with Sasuke’s memory, who else would want one of the most powerful gods to have absolutely no affection for the surface gods? However though, when did Cronus mind-fuck Sasuke? Was this before the war? If so, how did he know Sasuke would be the only one to survive? Or maybe he knew that Sasuke was planning something with Naruto and simply did it as a kind of insurance on his (Cronus’) life? Cronus is probably kissing his own ass either way for doing it right now the stuck-up bastard.

I’m worried about Sasuke’s meeting with Cronus though. I think Sasuke might be tempted because of his hate, but he’ll also not want Sakura to get caught up in it and get hurt so he might decline because of her, but I don’t know, I kind of doubt that. Sasuke loves Sakura, but I don’t know if she’ll be enough to get him to fight on the side of the surface gods. Maybe if Sakura can tell Sasuke about Cronus fucking with his head first, it might sway him? Sasuke could also pretend to be on Cronus’ side, but what would Sasuke get out of that? Information, maybe? But on what? On whom? Perhaps a chance to kill Cronus? But why? What would Sasuke have to gain from killing Cronus? Cronus could also simply mind-fuck Sasuke again? Would Sasuke fall for that again though? He’s stronger than he was before. I DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU’RE GONNA DO!

I’m glad we finally got some more background on Naruto and Sasuke’s friendship, as well as info on what happened pre-war. I felt so bad for Naruto! I actually teared up a little! I think you really captured the heart-break that’s so core to Naruto’s character. You really highlighted his manga self with his Quietus self so seamlessly, I’m very impressed!

I’m really missing the SasuSaku interaction though! It’s been way too long since they’ve seen each other! I need them back together already! I hope this happens sometime soon and it’ll be amazing because when she sees/speaks [with] him she’ll finally accept her feelings for him and they’ll share a long, passionate kiss together in front of everyone! I can picture it in my head now!
