Mr.Fizz Theory/Headcannon
Here me the fuck out What if Mr.Fizz was ex KND. HEAR ME THE FUCK OUT Because like, his technology is so close to 2x4 tech in that it utilizes pre-existing materials like bottles, barrels, and soda. He doesn't use sleek, fancy tech even though he's clearly wealthy enough to afford to do so, like the other villains. So what if he was a KND member in his youth? He gets decommissioned, of course, but retains his instincts to innovate and invent, which leads to him developing his soda based weaponry. You can even go further back and theorize that he was the one who created or at least improved upon the KND blaster technology like the S.C.A.M.P.P and M.U.S.K.E.T.
