♱ cardinals breaking free from obligation, w. firm boundaries operating from the objective. cross them and you’re out. less reliant on emotion, their virtue is gone (pluto in aquarius).

♱ lilith in pisces or twelfth house in composite; getting lost in a ‘trance’, deluded perception of time. devotion and surrender. it's about healing and grieving simultaneously. no rationality, blurred boundaries.

♱ neptune conjunct ascendant can attract obsession. wired differently, connected to the immaterial. can come with them being oblivious to their appearance and vastness because it feels 'innate', very elusive and ethereal (not being attached to an identity, which draws people in). cleansing and protection are essential, both physically and mentally.

♱ def. psychic affinities, being blind to 'obsessiveness', heightened intuition. will dream, hear, see, or feel deception while the material opposes it. can be paradoxical. they often play with variations of the 'ego'.

♱ eleventh house venus; they require adrenaline, intelligence, someone unpredictable, a conversationalist. they're cool and 'aloof' when they're bored. contrary to their demeanour, they crave connection when a) stimulated, and b) intrigued. focus on the mental, blunt, confrontational (reasonably so), very objective. def. will tease you, playful.

♱ they don't want to be restricted, but craved. yearn from a distance if deemed necessary. can separate intimacy from emotion. when there's a mental and emotional connection? best believe, they will tell you.

♱ angular houses function as one's identity, and are more 'accessible', since the energies are turned outward. can be perceived as heavier due to visibility. while this has its perks, the facetted consequences of being 'known' have to be considered too.

♱ w. visibility comes vibrancy, hence envy and projection. people wanting pieces of that power. personal planets and stelliums in these houses (first, fourth, seventh, tenth) call for protection and selectiveness. what does light attract?

Random Astrology Observation

Hi guys! Thank you so much for liking my recent post about Midheaven. I was absolutely shocked and blown away when I see the number of notes in the first 12 hours (more than 100 notes). This time, I'm going to do something different. I'm going to make an astrology observation about random placements from any natal chart. I didn't prepare anything, I'm just going to describe those placements that will come to my mind first, haha lol. This observation may apply to the western astrology only. Also, this will be a general observation, so take only what resonates with you. Hope it's going to makes sense, at least.

Natives who have multiple planets in the angular houses (1st, 4th, 7th, 10th) are meant to be leaders at some point. They might have such a strong presence and naturally attract other people because of their strong and natural charisma. Every angular house describes the most important things and events in our life.

1st house represents someone's personality, body and overall life.

4th house represents home, childhood and someone's private life.

7th house represents marriage, other people and our partner's life.

10th house represents career path and someone's professional life.

For a couple of months, I have realized that I eat very poorly and less than I have ever eaten for years. Sometimes I basically skip breakfast. It's become clear to me why this happens to me when I did look at the transits and saw that transit Saturn is currently in Pisces sign and it's sitting in my natal 2nd house of food, eating and throat. Saturn is all about restrictions and struggles and I don't have that capacity to eat the huge amount of food like I used to do. And it's not that I'm big, I'm naturally skinny actually.

South Node is related to spirituality, detachment and our comfort zone. When someone's personal planet or point, especially Sun, Moon or Rising, conjuncts your natal South Node, this may be a person who you naturally hang out with. You might feel comfortable with this type of person, but you may suddenly lose or break contact with this person like that is meant to happen. That is because South Node is a karmic planet and you should learn some lessons from your past life while interacting with person whose natal Sun/Moon/Rising conjuncts your natal South Node.

I could be called out for this statement, but I find Lilith a little bit overrated here on Tumblr and on every other social platforms (especially on Instagram and Twitter/X). Since I started following some astrology accounts here, I've been hearing about Lilith and other asteroids like they're something special. Don't get me wrong, I do think that Lilith does represent the sexual and dark side of us and that it can be accurate, but I also think that we already have Pluto for this (and Mars and Saturn too, 'cause they're all dark planets). My opinion is that people rely a little bit too much on asteroids here. When I look at someone's natal chart, I usually look the positions of the planets and I get enough clarity on someone's life and behavior. I use asteroids too, but that's the last thing I look on someone's natal chart.

Since I switched a house system from a Placidus to a Whole Sign, I have understood my own natal chart with the Whole Sign system clearer than before I used Placidus system. I'm not saying that the Placidus is bad and less accurate, but from my experience, that house system has always been confusing to me. When I switched to the Whole Sign system, I could understand my natal chart better and everything just 'clicked' to me. Whole Sign just makes more sense to me, I don't know about you and others.

I used to use both traditional and modern planetary rulers for each sign and house, but now I'm starting to realize that is enough to use only the traditional ones. I'll still use planets from Sun to Pluto while analyzing someone's natal chart, but when it comes to the rulers of the signs and houses, I'll use only planets from Sun to Saturn. The reason why is because I've concluded that the outer planets (Uranus, Neptune and Pluto) move too slow and it takes several years to change their signs. But regardless, I'll still say that these outer planets are co-rulers in modern tropical/western astrology, but I won't use them in practice anymore until I change my mind, which happens quite often, hahaha.

In traditional tropical astrology, Saturn rules over the Capricorn and Aquarius, Jupiter rules over the Sagittarius and Pisces and Mars rules over the Aries and Scorpio. But in modern tropical astrology, Aquarius is co-ruled by Uranus, Pisces is co-ruled by Neptune and Scorpio is co-ruled by Pluto. Use whatever it resonates more to you. I don't force you to think like me, that's not my goal at all.

Angular Houses of the Zodiac

Angular houses 1, 4, 7, 10 (AC, IC, DC, MC) are Cardinal sign houses and correlate to the equinox and solstice seasons. They catapult us into action and are associated with generating and releasing new energy. They represent the spheres of life.

1h personal identity; 4h home, family background, roots, ancestors; 7h personal relationships; 10h career and public life.

Having planets in any of these houses will oppose or square one another

(depending on degree of planet of course). Even if they don't exactly square or oppose one another, you still have the push and pull of polarity between these houses, with said planets, causing tension or friction as the houses automatically square and oppose each other.

This is generalized as planet roles play part in fully describing the aspect.

Planets in:

1h/7h opposition this can give a dilemma of personal will & individual identity versus relationships. How much of one or the other do you sacrifice to keep the balance? Too much towards the 1h you become self-centered to much in the 7h you give away part of your identity.

4h/10h opposition is a conflict of staying home or establishing a career. Childhood conditioning plays a huge role in how we function later in life and our roles in society.

1h/4h square, we are born unique, but to what degree does the home life(4) support or diminish our growing individuality(1)? We might want and like to be independent and free but the security and comfort of what we know and what was instilled in us may inhibit us.

4h/7h square is where we project a parent(4) onto a partner(7). This arises from a complex we grew from parent that didn't give the emotional support needed during our formative years. Typically this is the father, sorry guys but history shows it is typically daddy issues that projected.

7h/10h conflicts arising between career(10) and a relationship(7), giving us less time to form our keep important relationships. Too busy forming a career(10) gives less time for a relationship(7). Or vice versa. It can even have you seeking a relationship that's contingent on social status.

1h/10h square, society approval and validation may place restrictions on what we're naturally inclined to do professionally. Self-discipline is needed to create a career(10h) and this could limit your personal freedom(1h).

Simplified but still relevant !

It's important to note that contrary to popular opinion, Aries is not the same as the 1st house, Taurus is not the same as the 2nd and so on and so forth…because every time you ”react” you’re in your first house! You always react according to the ascending sign. When you’re ”relating” you’re in the 7th house. This means that you’re relating according to the descending sign and this sign may or may not have anything to do with Libra.

The signs are activated based on your activity (house) not according to their function!
