We haven't made this many original posts in like years, critical role is once again taking over. Caught up on cr4, caught up on m9 animated, waiting So impatiently for tonight's episode to go off members only on YouTube. It'll make another weekend at work worth it.

if this isn't a kingdom, then I don't know what is: the long walk, gavries, E, 50.5k words. how to even describe this? hyper-indulgent smut & h/c (heavy on the comfort), feat. the most heavy-handed sun metaphor ever. [I mean, if I had to choose 1, it would have to be this. my pride & joy.]
together: the long walk, gavries, E, 2.5k words. ray & pete doing their best to crawl into each others' skin, feat. assisted peeing. [I was only gonna do one fic per ship, but I couldn't leave this one out, because yes, they would.]
pick up the phone (show me it was real): ocean's eleven trilogy, dannyandrusty, E, 6.4k words. a study in danny and rusty's unique brand of codependence. [tearing my shirt like a werewolf MYDANNYANDRUSTY. one of the first ships I ever wrote for, and this fic is still one of my personal faves.]
transparent hands: black sails, vanerackham, E, 3.2k words. for some very legitimate, pirate-y reason, charles and jack end up stuck in a coffin together. of course, dry humping ensues. [I surprised myself a bit including this one, but on a reread, it holds up.]
fall in love again and again: true detective s1, rustmarty, T, 5.1k words. some of the many lives of rust & marty, held together with some philosophical handwaving. [reccing one of my rustmarty fics is truly challenge level: impossible for me, given the talent level in this fandom, but this one does make me smile.]
+ bonus: I've come back to the mountains (and they're all still standing there): true detective s1, rustmarty, E, in progress. a rustmarty fic about internalized homophobia, alcoholism, and non-linear healing journeys. [it feels bm to rec something incomplete, but if I'm truly choosing a rustmarty fic, I'm proud of parts of this one. more to come eventually (aka once I get out of my regularly-scheduled weird headspace).]
