Hello!

I have ~1000 hours* in WQ Anniversary Edition. I bought a whole new set up just to play this damn wolf game. I used to play WolfQuest Classic a lot when I was a kid and now I'm even more stuck than I was before. To say the least, I love WolfQuest and this is the blog where I enthuse about it to the void.

I will post other interests on here, but it's mostly WolfQuest.

*when the game came out in 2019, I originally had the Itch.io client, but late last year my save fucked up so I moved to Steam. Now it says I have 500 hours but I know I have way more than that.

This may seem like a silly question but have you ever tried out Lioden?

no, I’ve never even heard of it until today! looks pretty interesting, love the artwork! I don’t kin lions though, so it wouldn’t be as interesting to me as other games.

side rant here, but I used to play a crap ton of animal simulator mobile games when I was 11/12, and I was absolutely obsessed with this one cat simulator game. I was so good at it, and I was at such a high level and had a ton of cats. it was so much fun, but then one day it must have glitched or something because it reset all my progress!!! anyway, I love animal simulator games, and lioden seems pretty cool, but never played it.

There are so many animal simulator games. Online games like Lioden and Wolvden. Video games (WolfQuest, Animalia Survival, various phone games). Take WildCraft here. Wolf, fox, lynx, bear, lion, cheetah, croc, eagle, gorilla, tiger, kangaroo, horse. Raccoon, deer, hippo, gazelle, giraffe, rhino, snake, parrot, hyena. Dolphin, octopus, shark, seal, stingray. Skins for owl, giant panda, red panda, raccoon dog, polar bear, kitsune, fennec, caracal, manticore and more.

Where. Are. Mustelids. I found two games - Ferret Simulator (where to even get it, I can't find it in google play), and Blackfoot, very glitchy and thus hard chase game... at least they got a stoat skin, but it's still impossible to play.

For Wildcraft it would make sense to introduce a wolverine, to attack large animals. But no, they have 4 felids, why they would do other carnivores for diversity (I remind, mustelids are the largest carnivore family)

i found wolverine simulator, and alike ferret simulator I can't find it anywhere for my phone...

those two about ferrets and wolverines are on amazon appstore and each game costs like 40 loaves of bread :| And these games graphics look 100x worse than free Wildcraft. Sorry, I'd rather shop for food with those money.

One of the goals I have in Lioden is to get 100% achievements completed on both of my accounts! I didn't start working on it until about 2 or 3 years ago, but I've made some decent progress.

I'm also working on the beetle achievements specifically in my beetle mounds. I'm working on a spread sheet of all the beetles I have and the ones that I need🤣

My side account, ID #70128, breed for the 9 original vitiligo markings, meaning the white breed only ones! They're in order too since trying to get them in their rare marking slots was going to be a lot of work 😅

Kaisa has a Sutekh base as I breed for Ogdoad bases on this account! Breed lionesses with Ubaste or Inpu bases for the chance to get an Ogdoad base ❤️ She's a G1 Rift mutie

My main account, ID #65030, breeds for all 9x feline onyx markings. Feline onyx markings can't be applied by applicators like come of the other feline colors so that makes it breed only!

Sayan Kötör has an Incense base as I breed for Ennead bases! Breed lionesses with Mummy or Ankh bases for the chance to get an Ennead base ❤️ She's a G1 Splash mutie
