after painting the "shrine of resuscitation" picture the idea of long-term heart problems for link just wouldn't leave my mind. with the constant resus his heart never really recovered in there, and the stress and exertion of fighting right after coming out of that did the rest. when the symptoms get too heavy and someone qualified with the right tech finally examines him...
(might or might not put some sheikah design on the tech later to make it a better fit)
