Original Cell from Sailor Stars Episode 187
Turns out after transferring this to a better storage set up to slow down the deterioration of the cell, I learned this is actually 2 cells! Wrapped below in protective plastic.

Unfortunately Toei used cheap paints for outlining. As you can see, Usagi's face, hair, and lines on her uniform is a lot lighter as is Seiya's face. This is typical for all original cells from this time period. These were never made to last and will lighten and continue to deteriorate as time passes.
This picture is out of the plastic.
The top cell is Usagi. Her stomach over her skirt was painted on top meaning there was a last minute correction. This cell is stuck on top of the second cell, which is Seiya in his school uniform. His cell is then stuck to the douga, the original shaded drawing for the cell.
Picture below is the backside of the skirt showing the same blue shade up to her shirt.
You can see the pencil drawing above Seiya's head. Unfortunately everything is stuck together and I don't dare separate at this point since I am afraid of damaging it. The original drawing features just Seiya.

Likely the only cell I will purchase from the series. Lots of work to preserve them!

I bought a new anime cel! I saw this Dream Hunter Rem cell for sale, and I couldn't resist. Dream Hunter Rem is such a weird series of OVAs and I'm really glad I could snag a cell from it.
