We had our first ups in a woven wrap today and I'm all 😍😍😍 Of course the perfect wrap for the job was Ankalia's Icarus Nevaeh AKA the nanny wrap 🌈💗 The carry I did was a front wrap cross carry with a lexi twist. Zack was snoozing away in minutes 😴 I'm a bit rusty with wrapping and need to work on tightening the top rail a bit better, but overall I'm pleased with my first wrapping attempt with someone so tiny!

I know I’m only 7 weeks and I’m crazy about thinking of purchases for bb... but I just bought this beautiful Ankalia #19 Standard UP carrier with a newborn adapter and matching suck pads 😍 These retailed for $399 for just the carrier (I’m not sure of the value on the suck pads) and I was able to get one for $200 posted because the original owner had an allergy to the wool in the blend. I’m stoked! I’ve tried one of these at the baby expo and they are SUPER comfy and SUPER cushy 😍😍😍  much more so than my Tulas! I’m pretty stoked, I was strongly considering a Free-To-Grow Tula but snatching this up has thrown that idea out the window!

🍦EVERYDAY IS A HOLIDAY WITH YOU🍰 Lately it's been hard to get bub up in the wrap on my back, he keeps straightening his legs or 'plank' when I try to make a seat! We babywore for survival in the beginning, but now I'm fighting to make it last before he toddles his way into independence. I eagerly waited for him to sit up (5-6 months) to be able to rucksack him properly, so I could hike around town with my 'heatpack'!
