Anyone know a good way to remember the actual names of the wrist and ankle bones? They're the only ones that I just can't get down. I know the poems to remember the first letters/order but that does me no good if I can't remember the full name 😩 the lab practical is Thursday and besides remembering which fossa/condyle etc. goes where those 15 bones are killing me.

For the carpals/left wrist bones [in a circle from left of the palm to right] just remember

Mongolia's Naadam festival is mostly known for the "three manly sports" - archery, wrestling, and horse racing. In 2001, a fourth traditional sport, anklebone shooting, was added. The goal is to knock over tiny sheep anklebones on the shelf inside the cabinet by flicking a carved bone disk at it ... from five meters away (bottom of second photo). Contestants use a wooden track to launch the disk toward the anklebones.
