The pain in the stomach ….
As a beginner in running i am feeling pain in the stomach when i start to run. Almost everywhere where i have been reading for that problem says that pain is coming if you have been eating before going for run or if you haven’t warm up. I do not eat few hours before going for run and i always warm up. So why is the pain?? After a lot of searching and reading different articles i got the answer : ” The reason is poorly developed respiratory muscle in beginners”. And actually that was the reason for me on first place to not try to run because i have trouble breathing … The advice given for the pain is to stop running and take a deep breath, then try to exhale air from the lungs as long as we can. Then press with three fingers the area where you feel pain and hold until the pain stopped.
Now i know what is causing my pain and i do not feel scared to go for run and feel little pain for 10-15 min …. If you have the same problem do not give up running. Every beginning is difficult, but after a while you will enjoy the perfect form in perfect health, strength and endurance.
