the first heartbreak 💔 this was quick! 

ulysses left for a while to grab some coffee and on his return he finds his cousin, sammy lothario and anna sweet very much in love.

(it’s not his cousin’s fault (do not make assumptions based on his surname), he didn’t do it to hurt him, he didn’t even know ulysses was magnetized by anna. besides, the watcher had no control over sammy, so not my fault either!)

but despite anna sweet (by ladychaos) engaging and animated conversation, he couldn’t say much. it was as if the words were stuck in his throat and he just couldn’t speak.

I tell one of my coworkers about my fanfics and ocs, and she's so invested in Anna that she's started watching Daredevil and Moon Knight.

She came into break with me a few days ago and said very calmly that she's started Daredevil and that she respects me as a writer but, respectfully, put Anna back with Matt.

Her reasons are that he needs Anna. He needs a woman who understands and accepts who he is and what he does.

Yesterday, she came over to me and asked if I'm still breaking them up? I told her that I was. Then today she asked if I'd come to my senses yet?

This is the peer pressure I was warned about in school.

Me: Matt is taking Anna to Mass. They're holding hands.

Weekly Funding & People Roundup: VR Companies The Void and Epic Games Join Disney’s Accelerator Program, Callum Underwood Leaves Oculus for Indie Gaming Company, and Eva Hoerth Leaves VREAL to Explore Other Options

1) The Void, known in the VR industry for impressive location-based VR experiences, and Epic Games, the creators of the Unreal Engine platform that many developers use to build both VR and traditional games, have joined Disney’s Accelerator. These companies will now have access to support and mentorship from the Disney leadership team, and could potentially partner with Disney to make joint products. Read more here.

2) Callum Underwood, Sr. Developer Relations Strategist at Oculus, has decided to leave at the end of the month and join small gaming company, Raw Fury. Underwood is another person that left after 3.5 years (perhaps the vesting schedule) -- this is months after Palmer Luckey, Chris Dycus, and Anna Sweet left the company. Read more here.
