We have a big day today...

Here's the rundown:

Ed. Varie BOOTH 1-3 pm Anne Lai will be doing a performance of in person poetry writing, individually packaged and personalized.

Transposition of Ten Ten Two:

A live transposition of the poem Ten Ten Two from the publication what tends apart will be repeated over the course of two hours in silver drawing ink. Each copy of the poem differs from one another, inevitably from the incidental fall and stroke of the brush, and by chance alterations in wording and their placement on the page. The transposition then becomes an act of re-publishing by hand, to take apart the initial arrangement and create brief durations to renew the poem by way of inheritance and response.

Amanda Marsalis has recently reprinted a set of beautiful floral images she took with a polaroid camera. Her blog has a constant stream of great shots, but the richness of these images with the dark backgrounds is especially nice.
