Okay, all of this talk of Marcus' health is giving me plot bunnies. Someone (either Peter or Tomas, or even Tomas' sister) needs to find out Marcus' hasn't been to the doctor since... ever and just drag him to physician ASAP.
I’ve thought so much about a fic where Marcus gets pneumonia and Tomas physically drags him to an urgent care clinic where he quickly realizes that people think that he is a nice priest who brought in a homeless man. Like real ass real talk, I thought about idea very fuckin intensely while walking up a mountain and I got so distracted by how detailed the nursing diagnosis was getting that I walked down a different mountain and had to ask a park ranger where the hell in the Shenandoahs I was.
I really LOVE the idea of Olivia taking care of him though, oh my god, Olivia yelling at him for bringing Tomas into such danger and also for not having gone to the doctor in 20 years, and Marcus is like “I can’t tell what you are more angry about,” and Olivia is like “I CAN BE EQUALLY MAD ABOUT BOTH, ALSO WE NEED TO SAVE MY BROTHER FROM THE DEVIL”
